The staffs are friendly but not the receptionist when welcoming you with loud and annoying attitude.

The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is fantastic with a great variety.

The hotel is located along a quiet street. The hotel is within walking distance of food facilities. It comes with free breakfast, however do note that it only provides vegetarian options. The hotel has free underground parking but it is limited. Staff is friendly.

Building is rather new but there is no lift in the building and our room is on the 3rd floor. Our room has no electricity and they tried to fix it up without success. We were transferred to another building and had to go up 3 floors again. They have no power sockets at the bedside. Breakfast is mainly vegetables. Not recommended for old person.

The location and service were pretty good, but unfortunately the actual place looked very different from the photos. The bathtub had many watermarks, and the water contained a lot of impurities. If you're not too picky about these things, it's okay.

I was initially attracted by the room's view and the generous buffet breakfast, which led me to book the room. The actual room matched the pictures, but some design elements were rather inconvenient. Showering was only possible in the bathtub, and the showerhead's mounting point was too low, forcing me to sit or squat in the tub to wash up. The twist-type faucet kept falling down, which startled me. I had to rely on my nearsightedness (almost 600 degrees) and the feeling of soap on my face to reinstall it. Even though I washed up entirely in the bathtub, there were still water stains on the bathroom floor. The bathtub itself was wobbly, so I had to be careful of the water on the floor after getting out to avoid slipping. The bathroom design wasn't suitable for middle-aged or elderly people. The curtains in the room and bathroom only covered the bathtub area; the sink and toilet were completely exposed. I had to leave my clothes in the toilet before and after showering. The design that allowed people to view naked in the middle was also quite absurd. The wall-mounted hairdryer reminded me of a hotel from 20 years ago. The room used a traditional key lock, which took some getting used to. The guesthouse was about an 18-minute walk from the city center, with a bit of uphill climbing on the way back. The advantages of this guesthouse are its spacious rooms, large dressing tables, and luxurious hot spring water facilities in every room. There are three room types to choose from, and next time I will choose the double room type. There is a flat parking lot in the basement, which can be reached directly by walking down the stairs from the building. The owner thoughtfully plans a rich vegetarian breakfast, as well as freshly made rice milk and juice. The menu changes every two days. The atmosphere is homey, and there are random extras such as scallion pancakes and radish pancakes, which my elders praised highly. When there are any problems with the rooms, the owner will arrange for someone to handle them. You can feel the care and attention. Therefore, there is a steady stream of guests staying here.

Advantages: 1. Friendly and responsive service. 2. Delicious and plentiful breakfast; the lemon juice was surprisingly good. 3. 24-hour front desk. Areas for Improvement: 1. The room only has one dressing table and chair. One person was getting ready while another wanted to eat, drink, or relax, but there was nowhere to put food or sit. Adding another table and chair would be convenient. 2. The bedside table only has one outlet. The person on the other side couldn't charge their devices and had to place them near the TV outlet. To put water or small items, the dressing chair had to be pulled to the side of the bed. 3. The bedside table only has USB plugs, and the USB adapter I brought didn't fit the room's, causing poor contact and making it unusable (my USB works fine normally). 4. On the second day of my stay, after using the hot spring bath, I found a lot of dark sediment at the bottom. I suspect it's moldy or dirt coming off the bathtub seal. I suggest paying more attention to cleaning during this time.

The landlady is very attentive, the breakfast is healthy and simple, clean and comfortable

It’s great to have a garage~ The nearby functions are very convenient and you can reach them by walking. The surrounding environment is very quiet. The breakfast in the morning is great and the staff is very attentive👍👍

我們和朋友兩家人（4大4小）租住了單幢溫泉房（三間房）。早餐非常豐富，食物很新鮮美味👍環境很舒適，距離火車站都只是10多分鐘路程。唯洗澡時熱水o供應有點不穩定。

有私人停車場還不錯，環境也很清幽 早餐簡單，該有的都有，價格也很經濟實惠 不過住宿沒電梯，如果住三樓的話，行李就要自己搬上去了。

住宿含早餐，早餐是老闆親自準備，種類很多，蔬菜很多是自己種的，很用心，非常親切 退房時還送我一個她種的多肉植物

我們有6人以上，所以租住了整楝別墅，位置清靜，如果不是自駕遊，出入需要叫車，由於租住了整楝，所以不怕被別的租客騷擾，每個房間都有獨立洗手間都有不同設計，每個房間非常寬敞，衛生程度算是不錯，老闆娘聲稱所有用水均是礁溪的溫泉水，每朝老闆娘都親身預備健康早餐，十分貼心，一次不錯的體驗，有機會希望再回來入住

朋友包楝一起住很好，可以浸溫泉，早餐豐富，老闆娘及員工親切，附近有超市。
