The older lady working the morning shift provided really poor service. I had messaged them in advance to request a quieter room and to ask for more vegetables for my vegetarian meal. I'm not sure if they read it and ignored it, or just didn't bother to check, but when I checked in, I reiterated my requests. Her attitude was very firm, stating that she could only arrange what she saw fit. She also said the kitchen was being disinfected, so they couldn't offer the buffet breakfast. For vegetarians, it was just two slices of toast with jam, which was a huge difference from the abundant breakfast shown in the pictures. If they couldn't provide it, shouldn't they have called me to let me know so I could cancel or extend my stay? Also, the soundproofing is terrible; I was woken up at 5 AM by loud thumping noises from upstairs. All in all, I don't recommend this hotel.
