Disappointment and frustration!!! Despite the excellent location, the overall experience was marred by poor service and significant discrepancies between the booked and actual room.
Front Desk Lady Snowy was unhelpful when I asked for directions, suggesting I Google it myself. On the other hand, Ian was helpful and patient, and Service Staff Aunty Shu Yuan was kind too.
The room was dirty (toilet photos attached) , tiny, and differed significantly from the booking app description. The staircase was inconvenient for elderly guests like us, requiring us to carry luggage. We booked an Onsen in the room but received a bathtub instead. The hotel also lacks public Onsen facilities, forcing us to seek alternatives elsewhere.
Overall, it was a bad experience, except for the excellent location, which made it easy to access the train station and landmarks.
