If you shower with someone next door halfway through, only one-tenth of the water will be left. There's no refrigerator in the room; you have to go to the communal refrigerator on the first floor. Also, the staff could be a little more friendly. Otherwise, it's fine.

Upon entering the room, we tried to turn on the TV but couldn't. The manager initially said they didn't provide channels. If they don't provide channels, why is there a TV in the room? The remote control and set-top box were fine. The TV should have a light on when plugged in, but it didn't work at all. In the shower, thankfully the children showered first. The first shower had hot water, the second was lukewarm, and by the third it was almost cold. We arrived quite late, past 11 PM, and told the manager we should have been told to wait 10 minutes for hot water before showering. This amount of hot water is ridiculous; it's unacceptable. If you're going to raise prices during the Chinese New Year, you should at least check the facilities, not just wait for guests to complain. I read reviews from other guests who encountered the same problem, and all they said was "we'll pay attention," which is clearly just an excuse. They know you won't be coming back anyway, and the same problem persists. They can't even provide the most basic facilities. A very poor stay. I don't recommend it.

洗澡熱水不是很燙，燙到冒煙無法洗澡，不然就是冷水，剛進入房間，桌子底下竟然還有使用過的嬰兒尿布沒清，床上棉被內還有頭髮和衛生紙

房間乾淨 、雖然離市區有距離，但住起來很舒適。 價格合理，有問題詢問民宿時，都能馬上回應，下次還有去羅東，會在選擇住這裡

優點:乾淨, 床舒適, 服務好, 附停車場 缺點: 附近店家少, 隔音較差, 熱水不好調 總結: CP值高, 很推薦的親子民宿. 我們女兒很喜歡這裡.
