Yilan Jiaoxi Township 5-star Hotels

I have been to Taipei many times, but this is my first time to Yilan. This time I will try to stay in a hot spring hotel in Jiaoxi for one night. Jingquan Hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Jiaoxi Station, and it only takes 10 minutes to get to Jiaoxi Transfer Station. There are convenience stores, Cosmed, and souvenir shops near the hotel. The hotel has a large bathing area, located on the top floor. It is boundless and you can enjoy the view of Jiaoxi while taking a bath. There are also fitness and yoga rooms. During Happy Hour, green tea, detox water, red and white wine🍷 and snacks are placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We booked an elegant king bed room. The room is so big. There is a wardrobe as soon as you enter. There is a cabinet next to it for a refrigerator, a water pot, a Japanese teapot, and tea cups. Tea bags, coffee bags, Pocari, Coke, and facial masks in the refrigerator are all given to guests for free. The double bed is so big that 3 people can sleep in it. There is a sofa next to the bed, which is big enough for one person to sleep on. Full of space and so comfortable. There is a water tank on the terrace of this room type, where you can take a bath🛁. There are some bamboos and a Japanese lamp next to it. Wearing the yukata and Japanese flip-flops provided by the hotel🩴, you can have a pseudo-Japanese trip. The toilet board is plugged in. It's warm and comfortable to sit on. The hotel provides guests with toothbrushes🪥, earplugs, soap🧼, makeup sponges, rubber bands, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and moisturizer. If you need a shower cap or razor, you can get them at the front desk. The room rate includes breakfast for 2 people, which can be enjoyed at the Japanese restaurant Sanya in the hotel. Hotel very new, the “residence” has bigger rooms and is quieter. I don’t think the inconvenience is that big a problem, the peace and quiet is better The onsen tub is large and the room is very spacious and new All great

Room 1104 The Hotel location is great with plenty of local eateries within a stone throw away. On check in we got upgraded (which I didn’t know until the day of check out !). Room was quite modern and spacious with a relatively big bathroom and hot spring tub, and most importantly clean! Notably this was a 4 star rated hotel , but it was one of the first time that I was escorted up to my room by the front desk staff who kindly introduced us to the amenities services the hotel offered. I had my 18months year old toddler with me , so was restricted with venturing many of the things nearby . Hopefully, my wife and I took turns in using the communal hot spring pools which was small area , but spacious and clean . In the men section there is a small balcony with some plants hiding my modesty after a few minutes hot sauna and pool plunges . Breakfast was a choice of set menus with a small semi buffet choice which was sufficient. Restaurant was located on the top floor which a nice pleasant view of the surroundings but can imagine sunset time must be amazing . The restaurant staff were attentive and polite considering my little devil running around , but all the staff from front desk , cleaners, communal spa etc were super polite and helpful towards my family and baby . For the price we paid I think it’s as good as you can get in for a short drive from Taipei City for a strong 4 star hot spring with almost 5 star services and hospitality . If this hotel had a swimming pool and their hot spring water was little heavy with the sulphur it would’ve been perfect. However , we would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back next month ! This place has become one of my favourite hot spring places already and we’ve been to many around Taiwan . I generally prefer boutique hotels as I feel they pay more attention to details on ways of design and products used. My baby got on with all the staff there and she’s picky ! The best master, the best enjoyment, the water quality of Jiaoxi Hot Spring is good, the environment is quiet and comfortable, suitable for couples and friends to gather together, a good place to relax and unwind, super recommended

Went for the 5th time! The service attitude is really good, and the children are all designated to go! Very child friendly! The breakfast buffet was originally scheduled for 11:30, but the kids woke up at 9:30 and started crying hungry! Quickly pack up and check out to dine, because the original reservation was for 11:30, but the time was changed to go early. The receptionist at Evergreen was very helpful❤️ in making arrangements. He told us that because it was not the original time slot, we would need to wait a moment, and they would arrange it for you immediately! You can have your meal immediately after waiting for 5 minutes in the waiting area, which is really satisfying! I remember that the receptionist was still a beautiful mother (with a belly of at least 5 months!) - The check-out and room card counter also provided friendly service. After check-out, you can continue to use leisure facilities, such as hot springs, SPA, switch, etc.⋯ ~Parents of 3 babies, thank you Evergreen Jiaoxi😄

Looking forward to experiencing the newly opened hotel 7/19, the location is in the downtown area, it is very convenient to eat. Only the swimming pool is open, the SPA and the hot spring are still being renovated. The front desk staff asked a lot of things. In addition to the clean room, the mattress is very comfortable for the Sheraton brand. The breakfast was quite satisfactory and there was no Yilan local characteristics. Check out the next day and found that things were left in the hotel, and I didn't receive the hotel's active notification. Call the counter but no one found it, saying that it would take a long time to reply, and later said that the housekeeping had been found. Is the housekeeping cleaning not true, or is the front desk training insufficient?

We booked a Japanese Superior Room for one adult, one teenage and a child. The room is way too small. There isn’t a place to put our luggages. The luggage rack adjust beside the door is not usable because if you put even a cabin luggage on the rack, you won’t be able to open the door. There is also no extra room to move around in the hotel room. Other than the room size, all other things are fine. Service is good and breakfast is very good too! The location is very convenient as it is just a 10-15 mins walk from the train station. There are convenient stall just a few mins away and there are many options for restaurant and street food nearby.

The hotel service staff is kind and caring, the facilities are complete and the environment is excellent, and the soup house is well-equipped. It is a beauty soup with excellent texture. After soaking, you will feel refreshed, relieve stress, and repair the skin. Food and beverages are great, full of color and fragrance, I like it very much, and will come again.

We stay at this hotel regularly because it’s peaceful, clean and the hot spring is a strong sulphur type . They kindly upgraded us on check in . Dinner was so so, as not much choice , but breakfast was pretty good in terms of choice . We requested a late check out because our infant naps between 11am and 12pm which they kindly gave us. However, they called us up in the room during this time , when we specifically said our infant was sleeping and woke her up . I ended up with a good stay but a grumpy baby ! We stayed in room 811 which had two good size double beds which was great with a little one . However will stay come again !

It is very convenient to be near the city. You can walk to Jiaoxi Night Market and is also very close to Chibiyu Park. However, it is a bit troublesome that the hotel does not have a saloon. I bought late-night snacks with my friends and wanted to eat together, but there is no place to go. There is no swimming pool. Big, but not deep, perfect for children~
