The room and view were outstanding and a great way to help us explore Yinchuan and Zhongwei. We were gifted with a bottle of wine as well as a departure present from Kanaan winery. Amazing stay! The hotel is in a developing part of the city. So, not a lot around it. But that’s the only disadvantage. It is a beautiful and stylish hotel. The service matched the quality. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A special mention to Rain. He helped us two times. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The room stylishly decorated. We didn’t get to swim but the pool is large. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Even if it’s called Holiday Inn Downtown, the real downtown is about 30 mins far by car. THe room is very nice, clean and modern. We were assigned a room at the 24th floor which lets you enjoy a view. There’s free coffee machine at the reception, best service of the hotel. In the dining room where breakfast is served there’s a kids playground, very comfortable for parents in order to forget they have kids for few minutes. Breakfast is average according to my wife. I say there are the best chocolate croissants ever existed. Pay attention that they are kept hidden, I suppose the staff hopes they don’t get finished so they can have some too. I had 10 of them during the last breakfast, unfortunately I was full and couldn’t eat more of them. I have no idea why my son (2 years old) kept mentioning this hotel for days, probably he thinks it’s the best in China. I couldn’t agree more if he tried those croissants.

great location and nice staff! would be perfect but unfortunately the A/C is not able to cool down the room properly unless you leave it turned on during the entire day (!) just to have a somewhat cool room (gets never below 23 degrees) when you return back in the evening. unfortunately, it seems that the A/Cs are switched off automatically during night time, which makes it unpleasently hot to sleep. reported the issue to the hotel and the only solution they offered us was to switch to a room facing north, which basically means that the A/Cs in all rooms must have this problem.

In the dining room where breakfast is served there’s a kids playground, very comfortable for parents in order to forget they have kids for few minutes. Breakfast is average according to my wife. I say there are the best chocolate croissants ever existed. Pay attention that they are kept hidden, I suppose the staff hopes they don’t get finished so they can have some too. I had 10 of them during the last breakfast, unfortunately I was full and couldn’t eat more of them. I have no idea why my son (2 years old) kept mentioning this hotel for days, probably he thinks it’s the best in China. I couldn’t agree more if he tried those croissants.
