JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan Reviews

This is a great hotel, very new and room is spacious with fantastic views of the city! Recommend to all.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

This a great hotel to stay in for a night or two. All the staff are very helpful and courteous and the rooms are modern and clean. It's nice to be so high up and have a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the money as well.

This hotel is excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

Very convenient location, five minutes walk to the Ningxia Museum. Great breakfast selection. Very good amenities auch as swimming pool and gym.

The room is large, comfortable and convenient. It is difficult to book a standard room during the summer vacation. We did not book a suitable room. With the help of Amanda at the front desk, we coordinated the last room, so we did not have to go back and forth. Thank you very much. The hotel breakfast is buffet style, and the takeaway coffee service is very considerate. The gym and swimming facilities are all available. The children jumped in the swimming pool for two nights. Ningxia in August has a cool weather. The whole city is clean and tidy. The locals are very enthusiastic and the prices are not expensive. Ningxia is really suitable for summer vacation and summer vacation.

The hotel is a landmark building in Yinchuan. The lobby room is very spacious. There were some problems with the room during the stay. The front desk also helped to change the room and upgraded it to a high-floor room. Amanda adjusted the room for our companions according to the reimbursement requirements. She was very flexible and enthusiastic. The hotel has free parking services and fitness facilities. Breakfast is self-service. The overall stay experience is satisfactory.

It was already 7pm when we arrived in Yinchuan on the first night. The front desk upgraded us to an executive room, but there was no executive treatment. The room was clean, and we ordered food in the room. The food was delivered quickly and tasted good. The breakfast the next morning was also good.

The overall experience was quite good. The hotel staff provided good service, but when I entered the room, I found that the landscape glass was not cleaned, and there were some palm prints and grease residues, which showed that the cleaning was not detailed enough. However, I called the front desk and the housekeeping staff quickly cleaned it up. It should be a small oversight.

Very good, travel with children, the best hotel in Yinchuan, breakfast is also very rich, beef noodles are delicious, time is too rushed, the swimming pool my daughter likes it very much, the width and length are very marked, next time I will still choose it!
