All toiletries use Afu brand products. Breakfast is varied and delicious. I will stay here again next time I come to Yinchuan.

我們經常出來旅遊，周邊有玉皇閣景點和鼓樓景點吃飯也很方便，酒店裝修也非常不錯，服務員很熱情，知道我們是兩個長者出來旅遊給送了早餐，升級了房間，真的是非常開心的一次入住。

設施：洗澡噴頭衹有一個，第一次見這麼低配的維也納，窗户沒有紗窗，有蚊子進來。 衞生：一般般吧，酒精濕巾擦了，有點臟。 環境：停車不方便，給前台打電話告訴我停車在酒店旁邊的巷子，進去看見車位想把立的錐筒挪開，然後工作人員態度極差的問我是幹什麼的，是不是來吃飯的。我説我是住旁邊酒店的，他還是嗓門很大的質問我。調頭回來，又説了一次是住酒店的。然後他態度更差了，説問我我不回答，實際是，我回答了他不聽，然後跟我們爭執，避免沖突我沒再多説。總之態度很差。 服務：態度很差，停車的工作人員態度很差。去辦入住前台態度也很奇怪。提出想盡量給我們安排安靜的房間，結果前台冷笑了一下説今天滿房不可能安靜。懟的我不知道怎麼回答。 總體就是很差，之前訂了另一家酒店，態度很好，出差住過維也納才選擇了維也納，實在不懂怎麼會這麼差。出來玩了十幾天，甘肅，青海，都住了，這是最差的一家酒店。
