Why were restaurant staff allowed to share food with guests, even though they were taking it back to the kitchen to eat? These kinds of things shouldn't happen at the Atour Hotel brand. Shouldn't Atour have a unified service management system?"

Since the hotel just opened, all the facilities are brand new and in excellent condition. Room cleaning is thorough and meticulous. The soundproofing is very good, and the air conditioning is powerful, maintaining a comfortable, consistent temperature. The front desk service is attentive, and they even offer freshly pulled beef noodles for breakfast, which is really a nice touch. Overall, an excellent experience."

"The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich."

"The hotel facilities are relatively new, clean and sanitary, and the service is particularly warm. The hotel also gave a small fruit plate. The hotel provides a variety of buffet breakfasts with a full range of dishes, especially ramen! You can also order food in the restaurant. The hotel is located in the park, which is very convenient to go to any venue, and no entrance fee is charged. Many performances are very good, and you can see that the park is attentive! I especially recommend the big circus, Fengqiuhuang and the carnival in the square! Hot spring tickets are also included. The hot spring venue is very large and suitable for all ages, especially the hot spring pool for children. The water temperature is very good and the children have a lot of fun."

They are very clean and hygienic from inside to outside. I think It is an artificial hot spring. When I arrived, I realized that it is a natural hot spring. The hot springs are all Chinese herbal hot springs. The bath is very comfortable and very good."
