The room was really dirty. The sheets had a lot of stains, and the mattress was so crooked, yet that's how the staff made the bed. The sheer curtains were torn. They didn't even check the toiletries properly; there was one toothbrush and two combs.

Choosing this place was a huge mistake. The furniture was old and outdated, and the entire building reeked of mildew. The karaoke equipment was dilapidated; the main screen flickered on and off, and the sound quality was really poor. The secondary bedroom was tiny, the sheets were old, and there was a strong smell of smoke. The bathroom was a disaster – old and tacky fixtures, yellowish towels, and a hairdryer straight out of the 90s. Breakfast was even worse: crowded, cramped, and completely chaotic. There wasn't a single edible item! I quickly grabbed some soy milk and left. This place is only suitable for elderly tour groups. I had booked for two days but checked out after just one. Apart from the front desk staff and lifeguards, almost all the other employees, including the chefs, were elderly. I'm utterly speechless!

This hotel has hot springs and a swimming pool, which is perfect for kids. My child really liked the cartoon-themed room. Overall, I had a good experience and would come again if I have the chance.

The sheets were so old they had turned yellow. We went to the hot springs around 9 PM, but some of the pools were already being disinfected. We just picked a few at random, and honestly, it wasn't very satisfying. It was too cold to go swimming that day, so we skipped the pool. The changing rooms and showers in the hot spring area had a really strong urine smell, which completely put us off.

Service was quite good, they gave us an extra breakfast. The facilities are a bit old. There was no afternoon tea; they could learn from other hot springs that offer it from morning till night. The children's ticket is too expensive.

For a family reunion, three families chose a three-bedroom villa with direct access to the swimming pool from the garden. The children immediately changed and jumped into the swimming pool for a water fight. Our room was located on a corner, close to the hot springs and the children's play area. The villa's staircase is also inside the villa, making it very convenient for family gatherings. In the evening, the children played board games in the living room while the adults enjoyed a private hot spring bath in the garden, chatting and gazing at the moon. The hotel service was attentive, and Zhuzhu, the housekeeper, was especially commendable. We contacted Zhuzhu directly with any requests during our stay, and they were promptly addressed.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 1. The courtyard was littered with cigarette butts and overgrown with weeds. 2. There were rats and geckos. 3. The front desk refused to give me the room I'd promised them. 4. The room wasn't clean enough, with dust everywhere. 5. Several lights were broken, making the room dim. 6. The food was terrible. 7. The pool was nice, but dirty. 8. The hair dryer didn't work. 9. The curtains and other items looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. 10. The sofa, chairs, and windows were all dirty.

The hot springs were so-so, but the swimming pool surrounding the villas was quite unique and probably more suitable for summer. However, the surrounding restaurants were lacking; either the ingredients were subpar or the cooking was not impressive.
