Great location and clean rooms except the smilling

Location is good, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. Room was spacious and nice. Temperature was OK. Breakfast was mostly Local Chinese , almost nothing like a western style. Generally the staff was nice even if they speak a very little English but they try to manage it.

We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located property. Although the reception attendants were unable to interact in English, they took time to understand our concerns and provide solutions. Breakfast was available with a large variety of items but few vegan options to select from.

The hotel is a bit older but really clean. The hotel stuff is polite and very helpful. The breakfast is typical Chinese. Coffee is ok. Restaurant are a lot around the hotel, also shopping mall.

Very GOOD

The room is quite standard, with a great view. It faces the Lengga Temple at night and the night view is very beautiful. All the service staff are smiling and very responsible. I have stayed here many times and it feels very good. The only drawback is that the room area is not very large.

The room is large, clean and convenient. The service of the staff is getting better and better. I will stay here every time I go home. The food has local characteristics and it feels like home. I will stay here again and again.

There is no service at all. We booked two rooms, with the same price, and they were executive deluxe. We arrived at 8:30 in the evening, but I was given a patio room. It was really dark with a child. Then we went downstairs to the front desk to change. My husband was very polite and said, "Hello, please help us change one. This room is too dark to live in." The front desk said, "Then I can only give you a sixth-floor room, which is close to the KTV and a bit noisy. OK, don't look back and ask me to change rooms again." My husband got anxious and said, "Hello, do you think I asked you to change rooms for no reason?" We all said that we were with children, but you gave us a patio room. The premise is that we booked two identical rooms, and the other one was large and had a proper window city view room. Anyway, it was very unhappy. Could it be an old state-owned unit? But to be honest, when checking out, two young brothers were on duty in the morning, and they were very polite. Personally, I think it's still an attitude problem. The breakfast is also hard to describe. Children over one meter tall are charged 29. Our child is 1.15 meters tall. He drank two cups of yogurt and the battle was over. Maybe it's because it's an old state-owned enterprise. Oh, yes, there is a main beam in the room.

Facilities: Very high-end. Although it is not a new hotel, it is clean and user-friendly. The room is upgraded for free. The environment is also very good. The parking lot is large, which is suitable for friends who travel by car.

The hotel upgraded us to an executive room, which was very spacious. The service provided by the service staff was good. I was particularly impressed by a lady from Liaocheng, Shandong, who provided very thoughtful and considerate service. The surrounding dining and transportation facilities were convenient.

Five-diamond hotel, good hardware facilities, rainwater heating is very good, but the air conditioning in the VIP building is not very good. There are two TVs in the executive room and coat room. Good location, very close to Lengyan Temple Park.

The hotel has convenient parking and is generally acceptable. The windows in the VIP building where I stayed were not soundproof, which is a flaw. I don't know how the main building is. I requested quietness when booking, but I was still arranged in a room facing the street.

We stayed for another night in the heavy rain. The hotel has a rich breakfast. My companion was sick and couldn't go to the restaurant. We found the waiter and told him that we couldn't bring food. The waiter could help deliver it to the room, but charged a 10 yuan service fee. The hotel has regulations, which I understand. I hope it will be more humane. It's not easy to go out. Living on a high floor, the sunset is beautiful!
