Rezen Hotel Yining Global Harbor Liuxing Street

Right at the entrance, there's parking available with a very reliable security guard directing traffic; they seem to be constantly monitoring outside. When we arrived, there was a queue, and we almost drove off, but thankfully we asked and they found us a parking spot. The staff, both front desk and housekeeping, were all very welcoming. They gave us some snacks, and even a small gift when we checked out. Six Star Street is just across the road, a few minutes' walk from the crosswalk at the intersection, definitely less than 10 minutes. There's a Hunan restaurant right next to the hotel lobby, with great food and good portions. If you head left out of the hotel and then left again, there's another Hunan restaurant called 'Shanjin' which is also delicious – you could easily eat several bowls of rice there!

This place is really popular during peak season. I booked it for the location, but honestly, it's not that convenient to walk to, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel management is actually fine, and the staff are good, but the design of the room itself is just baffling. First off, the air conditioning blows directly onto your head, which is incredibly uncomfortable. Then, the bathroom fixtures are poorly designed and inconvenient to use – it's hard to even describe how bad it is. Definitely not suitable for families.

The hotel is very close to Six Star Street, just a short walk away. When we checked in, they kindly offered us coffee and cold drinks. The shower door was a bit loose, so we had to be careful to make sure it was properly closed when showering.

The hotel has parking spaces right outside the entrance. The reception is on the ground floor, and the restaurant is on the second floor. My room was on the sixth floor, facing the inner side, which made it quite quiet. The location is excellent, with Yining's Liuxing Street right across the road – worth a visit if you have some free time.

It was okay. I paid an extra 38 RMB and got breakfast. The room was super big, and there was a security guard at the entrance who helped us with our luggage and even moved the beds for us. To get to Liuxing Street, turn left out of the hotel, go around halfway, and then cross the road; you can't go straight across.

The hotel room was great, and the location was super convenient, close to Liuxing Street. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and responsible. The security guards were also excellent, helping with our luggage. Overall, a very good stay.

The hotel's location is decent, not great but not bad either. The price is reasonable too, making it a good option for a stay. Plus, parking is convenient.

The hotel is directly across from Six Star Street, so it's a short walk away. The room was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. It's also not far from the Yili Bus Station, which is convenient for taking buses to various attractions.
