Yining Backpacker Youth Hostel

This hostel is easy to find, quiet, and clean, with spacious and bright common areas. The bed prices are much lower than nearby hotels, so it's definitely great value for money for budget travelers. It's worth staying here.

Seriously guys, I'm not a shill, but this is hands down the best hostel I've ever stayed in! The location is easy to find, which saved me a lot on transport, and the owner even personally walked me to the train station – what a great person! The bed was super comfy, I slept like a baby and all my fatigue vanished. The owner is incredibly enthusiastic, which made me feel right at home! Plus, the room was spotless, and the bed linen, duvet covers, and even the slippers were all disposable and fresh. The facilities are great too; the air conditioning cooled down the room super fast, and the shower had amazing pressure and hot water. Most importantly, the price is really affordable, offering incredible value for money. When you're traveling, this is exactly the kind of comfortable and budget-friendly place you want to find. (I forgot to take photos of the hostel because I arrived really late and was too tired, so I just went to sleep, but I did snap some pics of Nalati today! 🤤)

I've stayed here a few times now, and it's super easy to meet fellow backpackers and find travel companions. People come from all over the country, so if you're looking to make friends, you'll definitely meet a lot of interesting personalities here! The location is also very easy to find.

Absolutely amazing! I didn't expect it to be so lively. It's not just a place to sleep; I met so many people from all over, both domestic and international. We chatted, watched the World Cup together, played billiards and ping-pong, poker, Werewolf, and other board games. Plus, they have a variety of room types! 😍

The room had a balcony, which was great for doing laundry. It also had a private bathroom. The location was very convenient, close enough to the train station to walk. This is a very well-established hostel, and they've clearly paid attention to all the little details!

My girlfriend and I have stayed here many times. The female dorm rooms are very clean and quiet. Since I often arrive late, I can call ahead and ask the front desk to reserve a lower bunk for me. Overall, it's pretty good.

The overall environment is great. The entire building is a youth hostel, and the lobby on the first floor offers a variety of activity areas, including internet access, relaxation, study, dining, and entertainment. The accommodation area on the second floor is very spacious, and the third-floor balcony offers beautiful sunset views. It's also super convenient for washing and drying clothes. Overall, a really good experience! 👍
