I checked into the hotel after my morning workout! The location is super convenient, right across from Xintiandi. I arrived a bit early, and the staff were very thoughtful and helped me store my luggage, especially the front desk lady who had such a sweet and warm smile. The environment is pretty nice too, good experience overall!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The view from outside is also great, and the room was clean with no strange odors. The bedding and facilities were soft and comfortable. The guest service was warm and attentive; they even contacted me in advance to ask about my arrival time. They really pay attention to the details, and the value for money is outstanding. I'm very satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yiwu!

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff was very thoughtful; they even upgraded my room. It was excellent. Welcome Drink: The cold beverage was very tasty. Pour-over Coffee: They offered a special pour-over coffee which was rich and flavorful. Minibar: Surprisingly, it had AD Calcium Milk, which was a lovely touch!

The room was stylish and clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast restaurant was especially great, with a wide variety of dishes, including handcrafted specialty coffee. The restaurant is on the 26th floor, offering expansive views. Plus, the mini-bar's Coke, beer, and AD Calcium Milk were all complimentary.

I really have to leave a great review for this hotel! First, let's talk about the environment: the lobby on the first floor is lovely, and the scent is so pleasant. Plus, it's directly opposite Tiandi Shopping Centre, which is incredibly convenient for shopping. But the most important part is the room – it was quiet and spotless. I'm very particular about cleanliness, and the room was immaculate with no strange smells. They even offer both soft and firm pillows, which is a lifesaver for anyone who struggles with sleep! The front desk service was also incredibly humane; they gave me recommendations for the area. When I checked out, I had something to do outside and wanted to rest a bit longer at the hotel, and the front desk was very understanding, allowing me a slight extension. They truly go above and beyond! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The hotel generally looks new, and there are no strange smells. The room was thoughtfully equipped with both soft and firm pillows. It offers great value for money, especially considering the price for this location. A special shout-out to the front desk service – I left my power bank behind, and even though they couldn't end up shipping it, they were incredibly helpful and proactive in trying to find solutions and contacting courier companies. This kind of proactive service is highly commendable. If I come back to Yiwu, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

Facilities: All facilities are very complete. Hygiene: The hygiene was also very clean and tidy. Well done. Environment: The environment is quite good. The location is excellent. It's very convenient for getting around and finding food nearby. Service: The service was good. However, when driving into the garage, I had to call again to confirm, and it wasn't opened promptly. The breakfast was plentiful but the quality was just so-so.

I've wanted to visit Yiwu for years, but there was never an InterContinental hotel until it finally opened this year. The hotel has many highlights, from Sweet who took my reservation call, to Helen at check-in who was articulate and very approachable. They paid great attention to guest experience details. Specifically, within minutes of us three checking into our room, an extra set of amenities was delivered – this alone surpasses many other hotels. A big thanks to Helen; details truly make all the difference. I also want to mention that the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all incredibly welcoming. The room on a high floor offered great views, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, several small drinks were complimentary, and the bathroom was generously sized. Breakfast on the 26th floor was a particular favorite. The variety of dishes changed over the two days, and crucially, everything tasted excellent. The welcome drink being a pour-over coffee was something I'd never expect at an InterContinental – a fantastic surprise. Overall, the hotel feels very well-managed, and the general manager is clearly very professional. Big thumbs up! 👍 The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Yiwu municipal government and Xiuhu Park. Across the street is Yiwu Tiandi, which reminds me of Shanghai's Qiantan – very modern and stylish. If you're coming to Yiwu, don't hesitate; the hotel is excellent and the location is superb.

Came to Yiwu with a friend and we stayed at the Central Holiday Hotel. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and, seeing there were two of us, proactively arranged a high-floor room for us, which was convenient for coming and going. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. All the facilities were complete and easy to use, and the mattress was just the right firmness – we both slept very well. The service and cleanliness were top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. The service was warm and welcoming, we'll definitely come again, hehe.
