I genuinely recommend Ochen K Hotel. My biggest takeaway from this stay was the incredibly warm service; it never felt stiff or overly formal. From the moment I walked in, the concierge actively helped with my luggage. Check-in at the front desk was highly efficient, and the staff were gentle and patient, providing detailed answers to all my questions. When I needed items during my stay, I contacted the front desk, and they responded very quickly. The robot delivery for items was also super convenient. The housekeeping staff always greeted me proactively, which was a lovely touch and really added to the experience. The entire stay felt comfortable and relaxed, never forced or perfunctory, truly giving me a home-away-from-home feeling. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is also great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yiwu!

One-star, terrible stay! The first room I checked into had a massive cockroach infestation. After staff sprayed, they moved me to a new room, but at dawn, cockroaches appeared again, with one even flying onto me – it was terrifying. Both rooms had pest problems, indicating severely substandard hygiene. The hotel's proposed solution was perfunctory, offering no reasonable compensation or apology. It's unacceptable for a high-end hotel to have such issues. Hygiene improvements are urgently needed. I do not recommend staying here!

The service felt genuinely warm and sincere, not at all perfunctory or fake. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend staying here.

A truly satisfying stay! My colleague and I were both very impressed. The room was exceptionally clean, and all the facilities were brand new. The location is superb, right next to Yiwu Tiandi Chaoyangmen and Yiwu Zhixin, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. Transportation was also a breeze. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes, and the value for money is outstanding. When I checked out, they even gave my colleague and me a complimentary half-handicraft! Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Kai Chen K Hotel in Yiwu with our child, and it was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, proactively preparing children's slippers and toiletries. The room was spacious and clean, and the smart robot delighted our child. Downstairs, it's right next to Yiwu Tiandi, making shopping and dining very convenient. The breakfast was light and palatable, perfect for little ones. Overall, the attention to detail was impressive, making it easy and stress-free to travel with a child. It's a great choice for family trips, and we'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room isn't huge, but it's comfortable. I really liked the blackout curtain – it ensured a great night's sleep in the mornings. The staff at the hotel entrance were incredibly helpful, greeting me warmly both when I checked in and checked out, and assisting with my luggage. Due to my travel schedule, I had to catch a train, so I also asked the front desk to send my stored luggage downstairs when I left, and their service attitude was excellent. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

I travel to Yiwu for business regularly and always stay at KaiChen K Hotel, it's perfect for business trips. It's located right in the heart of Xiuhu, making it super convenient to get to the Trade City for client meetings. The shopping and dining downstairs are also very handy. Check-in at the front desk is quick and efficient, and the room's desk is spacious enough for working overtime. The soundproofing is good too. The breakfast buffet has a great variety, ensuring I'm well-rested, and there's a free laundry room. Every business trip here is just hassle-free.

The hotel lobby is on the 22nd floor, and as soon as we entered, staff were there to help with our luggage and escort us to the elevator. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across from Yiwu Tiandi, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The upgraded room was fantastic. When it was raining, a staff member even helped us with an umbrella at the hotel entrance—the service was truly thoughtful.
