It was a hurried evening. I had just arrived at Pudong Airport from abroad. Due to the effects of exhaustion and jet lag, I accidentally left a suitcase containing important documents and personal items on the luggage conveyor belt while collecting my luggage. When I realized that my luggage was missing, I had left the airport and was ready to rest in your hotel. In the face of this sudden situation, I felt very anxious and helpless, after all, the items in my luggage were very important to me.
In desperation, I tried to ask the hotel front desk for help. To my surprise, the staff at the front desk not only showed no slight slackness, but immediately showed a high level of responsibility and professionalism. They were quick to get in touch with the airport and asked in detail about the characteristics of my luggage and where it was lost. While waiting for a response, the staff also carefully prepared a place for me to take a break and reassured me not to worry too much and that they would do their utmost to assist me in retrieving my luggage.
After hours of effort and coordination, good news finally came from the hotel: my luggage had been found by the airport staff and would be returned to the hotel as soon as possible. Hearing the news, my hanging heart finally let go. When the luggage was returned to my room intact, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. Not only did they help me get my luggage back, but they also provided me with an unforgettable service experience.

I fancy the rice fields at the entrance of the hotel, and the price is reasonable on National Day, so I chose this one, and the hotel also upgraded the room for free.
The newly opened hotel last year, the facilities are very new, the rooms are also very large, the toilet double basin + toilet washing separation. There is also a large balcony outside. Pushing the door out is a green rice field. If you come at the end of October, the rice should be yellow and it will look better.
See the introduction and fishing activities, there is a play area next door, which is also very suitable for parents and children.
The advantages are not much to say, as a hotel at this price, basically quite satisfactory.
Here are a few suggestions to help the hotel become better.
1/ The door gap of the room is relatively large, you can consider adding a sticker under the door, and the windshield dust can be better soundproofed.
2/ Toilet paper towel rack behind the toilet, it is inconvenient to draw paper towels, a bit anti-human, it is recommended to change the position of the paper towel rack, and at the same time convenient to place the mobile phone.
3/ There is no place to hang clothes in the toilet. It is recommended to add hooks to facilitate hanging and changing laundry, and it is easy to wet on the countertop.

My husband said that the neighborhood is too deserted, and I don’t feel this environment, but I personally feel that it is quite atmospheric. Anlu in Shanghai is also an Huizhou hotel. It is more than 6k a night. I have spent more than 400 now. It is indeed under construction nearby. There is no climate. It takes 15 minutes to drive to the ancient town of Buddha Hall. It is recommended to go at night.

Ever heard of Yiwu? It's basically a massive shopping city in China where you can find pretty much anything you want to buy. There are 75,000+ shops selling everything from phone cases to Christmas decorations at super low prices (often 30-70% lower than retail). This is where store owners from all over the world come to buy their stuff, and you can too!
But here's what most people don't know - between bargain hunting, you can hike up Longshan Mountain for amazing views, grab incredible street food by the river at night, or join locals for morning tai chi at Xiuhu Park. Yiwu's definitely worth checking out!
Getting To & Around Yiwu
Let me break down how to get to Yiwu and zip around once you're here. The local Yiwu Airport (YIW) is tiny but handy - just 8km from downtown, about 20 mins by taxi (¥50/$7) or the cheap airport bus (¥15/$2). You can fly direct from places like Seoul and Bangkok, but most people fly into Shanghai and hop on a bullet train. The train's actually pretty sweet - 2 hours flat, runs every hour from 7am to 7pm, and costs around ¥200-280($28-39).

Getting around is way easier than I expected. Regular taxis are everywhere and start at ¥8($1.10). I mostly use DiDi (it's like Chinese Uber) because it's cheaper and the app works in English. Free shuttle buses run between all the markets from morning till 5:30 PM. For reference, a taxi from Binwang Market to Futian Market (about 3.5km) usually costs ¥15($2).
Best Areas to Stay in Yiwu
Binwang Area This is where I usually stay - it's 4km from city center. Binwang Market's right there, Futian Market is 3.5km away (free shuttles every 15 mins), and you've got food everywhere. Airport's just 6km away (¥40/~$6 taxi), and there's a huge mall nearby when you need a shopping break.
Futian Market Area The real business hub, 5km from city center. Everything revolves around the massive Futian Market here. Train station's 2km away (¥12/~$2 taxi), and the night food streets here are amazing. All market shuttles stop here - I usually grab breakfast and catch the free bus to wherever I need to go.
City Center (Choucheng Street) Right in the middle of everything, with Guyue Bridge Food Street just 1km away (my favorite spot for dinner). Markets are a bit further - Futian is 5km and Binwang 4km - but taxis are cheap (¥15-20/~$2-3), and the evening walks along Yiwu River are perfect after a day of shopping.
Things to Do in Yiwu: Shopping & Sightseeing Guide
You can find everything from toys to textiles in the massive Futian and Binwang markets, plus explore peaceful spots like Longshan Temple between shopping trips.
- Futian Market (International Trade City) This is the mother of all wholesale markets in Yiwu - 4 million square meters split into 5 massive districts. Each district specializes in different stuff: from toys and electronics in District 1, to jewelry and watches in District 2, crafts in District 3, sports gear in District 4, and textiles in District 5. Opens 9am-5pm daily, and you'll definitely need the free shuttle between districts. I spent three days here last month and still didn't see everything - but found amazing deals on electronics and got some great Christmas gifts for the whole family.
- Binwang Market This is best for fashion stuff - 3 floors packed with clothing, bags, and shoes. It's smaller than Futian (about 300,000 square meters) but way easier to get around. First floor is mostly shoes and bags, second floor is women's clothing, third floor is men's wear. Prices are super reasonable - I got winter jackets for ¥45-80(~$6-11) each. Opens 8:30am-4:30pm.
- Yiwu River Night Walk & Food Street This is my favorite evening spot! The 2km riverside walk along Guyue Bridge is beautiful after sunset - all lit up with locals doing their evening exercises. But the real star is the food street right next to it. I always hit up the BBQ skewer stands (¥2-5/~$0.30-0.70 each) and try whatever seasonal fruits the vendors are selling. Last time I was there, I found this amazing shop selling fresh rice noodles (¥12/~$1.70) - just look for the long queue of locals!
- Longshan Scenic Area Need a break from the markets? Longshan is this beautiful mountain area just 15km from downtown (¥50/~$7 taxi ride). For just ¥30(~$4) entry, you get to explore an ancient Buddhist temple, ring a massive good-luck bell, and enjoy the best views over Yiwu city. The climb takes about 40 minutes, but there's a peaceful tea garden halfway up where monks serve amazing local green tea (¥20/~$3).

The breakfast was delicious with a great choice of Asian and western food. We had to share a table with other guests because the dining area didn’t have enough small tables.

The room is arranged reasonably, the space is used just right, the furniture is placed orderly. Bedding quality, soft and comfortable, a good night's sleep. Health is impeccable, the ground is bright, the table is ash-free.
The staff are friendly, always smiling and responsive. Whether asking for a tour guide or requesting additional items, they are quickly responded to and handled properly.
The food is rich and delicious, the buffet breakfast has a variety of choices, the ingredients are fresh. Everything from traditional pastries to fresh fruit is satisfying.
Strategic location, complete surrounding facilities. Close to shopping malls and restaurants, shopping and dining convenience. It is not far from the famous attractions and easy to travel.

DDashanI think, expensive hotels like this are booked so we have flawless stay in places where we have language barrier. Here, no one can speak communicative english.
We had booked delux suit, they said they uograde us to better room and when we reach the room, we got was loft room, climb up the stairways. Reach the room entrance and that floor only had small siting area, like a guest sitting adea and a small guest waahroom and bedroom, closets, waahroom, bathtub, library kind of area, all were on the upper floor. The stairways was on almost double the height.
We had booked for 1 night, we had been there for an event and we had checked in at 7 pm to attend an even at 8 and checkout the next day. It was of no use to go to the receiption and bang my head as for the language barrier and ask for change of room and explain a why i wanted to change.
A lavish breakfast, but no vegetarian food. This isnt a complaint as it is their wizh but such a huge property should consider and also the food should be well labled. And at last, they are big, 1738 rmb a night, should have proper english speaking team.
Well the loft room looked like as if not been occupied for ling time. Also some places has lot of dust.

I had a zoom meeting next day morning and i happned to use rhe writing deak, the chair was broken, not stable and i am sure they just woukd have fitten the chair well inside rhe desk as if no one will use.
All too bad. I am sure they would not be a bad hotel but what we had was extremely bad.

FFreebird_GraceI have mixed feelings about this one. The staff and services were alright. I mean you always have to keep in mind how much you are paying. By the ways, the rate at the counter (direct booking) is 150 RMB a night. It can get you slightly late check out etc unlike online booking. The location is okay. Depends where and what you wish to do. I came purely for travel. Lots of local Chinese restaurants in the area behind the hotel. I have to say 90 percent of the guests look sad and unfriendly. Most are from the middle east and don't even smile or appear friendly. So the place lacks vibe due to all these fat pigs in the lobby with their agents. The cheapest room you pick will most likely be on the 8th floor (same as where breakfast is served). Breakfast was okay. I wasn't amused. I mean taste wise nothing memorable but countwise variety. The carpets that are often mentioned in reviews are actually noticeable. Stained from ages. The rooms are kind of run down too. But they clean timely, toilets do have a health faucet and hot water. AC is old school, bed about average but might be worth the price. Although later on I did find something slightly nicer for the same price. But I won't rate this as a bad place. A day or two is going to be alright.
