My first trip to Yiwu. I planned to spend much of my time in trading center and the room for work, so my main requirements were: - proximity to trading center - comfy space for “office setup” in the room - quietness All these expectations were met quite well. The hotel is across the road from the trade center. Being right next to a busy road (+some road construction is underway) the sound isolation is great and no noise from outside enters the room. It’s spacious and the view makes the room feel open and pleasant even when spending long hours working inside. Opted for smoking room - ventilation did well. Front desk experience is good and breakfast as well. Overall I’m satisfied with my stay. Some downsides: The decoration style is rather aged, doesn’t give much modern feeling - but that can be a thing of taste. Air conditioner seemed to blow same temperature air no matter what the set up on the remote was. That was annoying especially while sitting at the room’s desk, as the air blows directly toward the desk. Had to constantly switch it off and on and off…. I’d call it good 4 star stay, rather than 5.

The hotel was satisfactory. The location is just a road away from the Yiwu Trade Market. Check in was easy and convenient.. there were staff that spoke English and were very kind. The bedroom was spacious however the water pressure and heat level was very low. We requested assistance 3 times but there was no change. The cleaning staff also didn't clean the room daily and the once that they did.. it was at 4pm. Breakfast is from 7-9am so you have to be up early.

#好評#對毛巾清潔度,職員友善度,床品質素,房內採光滿意;纸太差了,没有吹风机,椅子是坏的,灯不够,亮墙有些脏,房间里很热没有走廊凉快,性价比也还行

The property is located within walking distance of District 1 with ample food options around. The price is tempting, but one ought to keep their expectations in check. While the pictures depict incredible view of the room, the reality is different with quality a notch down. Cleanliness is not that great, my room had a leaking pipe creating issues.
