益陽之旅感受
房間很大很寬敞，細節也很乾凈。
空調和淋浴反應也很及時，酒店的早餐也挺好吃的哈哈，吃了兩碗益陽炒麪。
總之還是挺推薦的

對酒店的環境和服務滿意，今天早上到前台開票，因我的原因票開錯了，前台姓佳的服務員，態度非常的好，不厭其煩的幫忙重新開發票，讓我們入住的客人感受到了紫金山大酒店的專業和熱情，下次出差一定還是入住這家酒店。

意想不到的差，令人髮指的差。1.訂的是大床房入住時給的雙標，雖反映後立即更換但這種錯誤實屬不應該。2.房間差，裝修極其簡陋，用品不全，甚至沒有地毯，踩的咯吱咯吱響，隔音不好，也沒有衣櫃，沒有浴衣，這個價位寧可住華天，雖老，但地毯，衞浴用品一應俱全，本來看到是22年的酒店，以為東西應該很新，裝修較好。3.早餐種類非常非常少。4.走的時候充電器落房間了，離開益陽才反應過來。但是從退房到現在，酒店方收拾房間不可能沒看到，但完全沒有聯繫我。如果我還沒離開益陽時聯繫我，我可以馬上取回。綜上，環境設施與價位不符，服務非常差。
