房間不大，異味很重，面盆裏有幹掉的鼠婦屍體，酒店，洗澡水龍頭老化不好用
門壞了導致門鎖不上九十點種等着維修師傅來修門，排氣扇壞了修不了，第二天沒修，晚上回來找前台説修不了，要個説法，説是從別的房間拆一個安上，然後跟燈連在一條網上，燈亮排氣扇可用，否則不可用
調房補差價差異挺大在有房的基礎上，網上補差價6-9元不等，線下最低30. 第一天的早餐跟第二天的早餐差距也很大，且早餐標價28元，總體來説體驗不好，且對不起他上漲的房價有點欺負消費者

房間是很不錯，很乾凈也很安靜，房間可以看到沂源縣城和螳螂河的大好風景。但是前台的服務實在是不敢恭維，這個不止影響酒店的形象。從攜程定酒店也6年多了，這還是第一個酒店不給開發票的。
