到三樓就看見好幾個房間門開着，裏面有人在抽煙，走廊都是煙味，衞生間淋浴房洗澡水會直接流到外面來，而且水温忽冷忽熱，這個得好好調試一下，還有花灑得好好擦擦，快捷酒店也得注意不是，另外酒店退房是兩點還是十二點呢？訂單上寫的是兩點前，為什麼十二點要我退呢？還是我理解的有問題。
