The room and bathroom are very small for the price they charge. The breakfast is also not good. We checked out early as the room was very claustrophobic. They also had a water outage during the day. Not recommended for a family stay. It is at best suited for individuals.

車でも徒歩でも、立地は最高。
北勢線の真ん前。
車で来たが、チェックイン直前に到着できれば、駐車場も余裕を持って停められた。
駅前で無料駐車場というのも、駐車できればとてもお得。
スタッフ３名と話をしたが、どの方も、とても感じが良くて、明るい気持ちになれた。
また利用したい。
ここからは良くない話。
ブッフェ。味や質はいい。ただ、食べ物が壁際に配置されている。これが難。
前で迷っている人や、よそっている人が退くのを、いつまでも後ろで待ってないといけない。
また、横入りみたいに来て、取り忘れた何かを取りに、お盆の上の食べ物の上をかすめていく人もいた。その人の服が私の味噌汁に入りそうで嫌だった。
食べ物の長テーブルを、真ん中に置くなど、あまり並ばないでも取れる済む工夫が欲しい。
食堂のスタッフも、とても親切でありがたいと思った。
それから、これはホテルに非はないことだが、夜、２つの理由により、騒音がうるさくて、あまり眠れなかった。
まず、私の部屋が４０６号室と、エレベーターの前で、客の往来と会話がとても聞こえてきた。
なんでこんなにうるさいのかと思ったら、ドアがそもそも少し小さく、脚元にスキマがあったためだった。誰か来ると、足の影だけなら見えた。
それと、ホテルの外でのぼせている若者が、夜中いつまでも大声で叫んだりしていた。
バイクの音もした。（珍走団の割に、信号を守っていたが…）
そういう場所なので、無料アメニティに「耳栓」を置いて欲しい。また、桑名には行く予定なので、切なる願いを聞いてほしい。

周邊吃飯的地方很多，有條小街都是飯館，衹要看着人多的進去就沒問題，一共吃了4頓，都很驚艷！烤串店，生魚片，烤貝都好吃！

鄰近桑名站，有兩個停車場，可供免費泊車。包早餐和咖啡任飲任食，質素一般但可填飽個肚。去長島溫泉樂園和名古屋也很近
