The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both Bashamichi Station on the Minatomirai Line and Kannai Station on the Blue Line. It's also a short walk to Yokohama Port. The room was quite spacious for Japan. You can easily get to Shibuya from Bashamichi Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line, which takes about 40 minutes.

The room had a strong musty smell that wasn't addressed. It was a very unpleasant stay. However, the surrounding area is very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around, and it's close to the subway station. But the room itself was quite subpar for Japan.

Nice Walk to the minato mirai area and shopping street is just a few traffic lights away. Convenient access to kannai station and bashimachi. Great location, easy to find. The hotel is also just a short walk away from airport limousine bus stop.

Room is enough space for luggage, but bed is just nice for 2 peoples only. I am very satisfied the service they provided. Location is very near to the town and easy to everywhere, convenient shop and restaurants between everywhere make you no need to travel to far places. Amenities is fully provided, this is perfect. Really recommend to everyone as overall the price for the hotel is cheap and reasonable. The breakfast is a set, I like the curry rice so much, it is the best choice from the 4 types of choice.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, not far from Yokohama JR Station, and within easy reach of Chinatown, the harbor, Yamashita Park, Red Brick Warehouse, and the Cup Noodles Museum. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are exceptionally spacious for a hotel of this class in Japan, and the facilities are top-notch. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend staying here.

Well-located Hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Don’t believe the other reviews, the smoking rooms smell like smoke a lot. Guess that’s my problem for booking late though. What I am really unhappy about is the washing machines. They are more expensive than going to a coin wash somewhere else. They require you to fill out a super long form (in Japanese) for every single machine. And they do not wash well. I expect more from hotel amenities.

The front desk staff were very friendly; they even proactively lent us an umbrella when we were leaving and it was pouring rain. The breakfast was quite good too, with 4 different sets to choose from.

The location is good, close to convenience stores and high quality restaurants. Satisfactory hygienic conditions, facilities are old but well maintained. Room is spacious. I always stay in Richmond hotels whenever I go to Japan, the quality is stably good.

I really love staying at this hotel; I've stayed here three times already and each time I've been very satisfied. The rooms even come with humidifiers, and the space is a normal size, around 13 [square meters/sq ft], though larger rooms are also available.

Lawson FamilyMart 2 min walking distance…Aeon and 7-11 also 5 min walk away. Very convenient location with a lot of restaurants and near to station.

Service was good, staff allowed luggage drop off at the reception. No issues with luggage collection after. Check-in process was smooth and the rooms were tided daily with towels being changed daily as well.

It was a great hotel. The service was what is expected at all hotel & the amenities was good. But I am loving the location it was accessible and convenience stores were a short distance. Even though my hotel didn’t have any scenery out the window, the location was great and it is clean. Rooms are not as tiny as in Tokyo hotels it was enough for the 2 of us to even packed the luggages.

I love the Richmond franchise. This one didn't disappoint. Extremely clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Super close to Kannai stn. If you use Blue Line take exit 9 and you can see the hotel ahead on the left side. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
