性價比極高，位置離橫濱西口繁華區不遠，很方便也很安靜。一樓有工作人員，退房有無人機，不能提前寄存行李。房間雖然不大，但是是我住過的同等價位裏感覺比較舒適的

そもそも予約が取れていなかった。
確定メールも届いてたのに。
電話で予約の確認もしていたのに、受付で予約がないと。
部屋も満室で落ち度がない対応に苛立ちを感じました。

パッと見おしゃれ、女性客も多いが、風呂(バス)カーテンに黒カビが付着しており不潔感を抱かざるを得なかった。併せてバスタブにつかりながら洗面台を見上げると汚れも目立ち、掃除が行き届いていないと言わざるを得ず、その点は残念。電子レンジ据付けは有り難かった。
