Within walking distance, you can reach the Red Brick Warehouse, Yamashita Park, the waterfront, various museums, and the Italian Garden. It's also super convenient for public transport, with easy access to buses and subways. Plus, they offer free luggage storage.

Had a great stay with my family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The amenities were excellent, and the staff were welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

First off, the hotel's location is superb. It's a five-minute walk from JR Kannai Station, thirty seconds from a subway station, and about eight minutes from Bashamichi Station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're exploring Yokohama or heading into Tokyo. For shopping, there are two or three convenience stores nearby, and a shopping street just across the road, so buying anything is a breeze. Car rental is also very convenient, with a Toyota Rent a Car service point within a five-minute walk, and plenty of affordable parking lots around. As for cleanliness and facilities, it's pretty standard for a business hotel. They still clean every three days, and you have to leave your trash bin outside your door before you go out, which is a minor inconvenience. The most inconvenient aspect of the service is that you have to go to the front desk to get towels and bath towels yourself, which leads to a significant difference in service quality. One older gentleman provided excellent service; he always asked how many I needed and packed the towels nicely in a bag. However, the younger staff I encountered lacked this awareness. They seemed a bit impatient with foreign guests and didn't bag the towels, making me carry them by hand. This is definitely an area that needs significant improvement.

Overall, it's pretty good. Clean, and all the facilities are in good working order. It's quite straightforward, a reliable business hotel. The prices fluctuate a lot, but the weekday rates are decent.

The 1.4-meter bed felt quite spacious compared to other Japanese hotels. It's super convenient for getting around; Kannai Station is right outside, and Yokohama Chinatown is only about 1 km away. There's also a pedestrian shopping street nearby, which is great for shopping. The only downside is that housekeeping isn't included unless you pay extra.

The room was really tiny, barely enough space to open two suitcases (much smaller than the place I stayed near Daimon Station before). However, the hotel facilities were excellent and very clean. The location is fantastic, very close to the Yokohama Municipal Subway, and it's in a lively area. I absolutely love Yokohama! I forgot to take photos inside the hotel, but I stayed here for a concert and it was super convenient to get back at night.

I had a great time! The hotel was located very conveniently - not too far from JR Kannai Station as well as the subway. There are plenty of convenience stores around. It is also not too far from the red warehouse and downtown Yokohama on the Minatomirai line. For baseball fans, the hotel is close to the Yokohama Stadium as well. The room and facilities were all excellent and clean. They even provide memory foam pillows. Breakfast was Italian. It's fine. Nothing extraordinary but definitely welcomed.

very clean and safe even as a solo female traveler!! i do speak japanese so my experience might've been a little different but regardless, the staff always responded kindly and politely (even at night) no matter what i asked. also i liked that there's free cleaning every 4 days. the hotel is less than 10 minutes of walking to both kannai and bashamichi stations, and you can go to tokyo without transfers on minatomirai line from bashamichi station in just an hour if you wish you explore tokyo. if i have an opportunity, i'll definitely stay at this hotel again. the only slight issue there could be is the queue to washing machine as there's only two of them but for me personally it wasn't a dealbreaker so i had no problem waiting.

Such a nice place to stay. Close to the subway, many eateries around and the walking street. Very clean.

The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. The check-in experience was good. There's a pedestrian street nearby, which made dining and shopping very convenient. Breakfast was Western-style Italian. Overall, it was pretty good.
