Checkin was only allowed at 3pm. The receptionist used a translation tool. The room was nice and spacious and there were all kinds of soap, cleaners and toners that you can think of in the room. And if you need more, it's all available on the 1st floor, as well as ice cream, desserts, water, popcorn and all kinds of "other" drinks. All included. The room had a kettle, cups and coffee. Oh and a gigantic TV. All in all it was good. The location was a bit far from Shin-Yokohama station if you have to walk with your suitcases about 700m.

I've used this hotel several times! While you can't order food or drinks, the rooms are very clean and the hotel is very comfortable!
