The location is the best exploring Yamashita park and China Town. Also just few minutes walk from the Motomachi/China town station and opposite bus stop to the Haneda airport. It’s a spectacular view from the corner room and all staff service were amazing!

Very old hotel, you can take a luxury bus from Haneda Airport directly, the earliest shuttle is 8:40. Disadvantages: old facilities (cleaned); cannot use Alipay/Xin; food is Western, tastes average. Advantages: large room area, sea view room has super beautiful scenery! ! ! There are several different restaurants, afternoon tea needs to be booked, and the overall place is very photogenic! The cocktail "Yokohama" in the bar is delicious. Facing Yamashita Park and close to Chinatown in the north, you can eat delicious food at any time, close to many Japanese favorite attractions, full of holiday feeling. It is 200 meters away from Motomachi subway station, and it takes about 2k yen to take a taxi to Yokohama Station. There are many Japanese old money staying in the hotel, and many decent middle-aged and elderly people come to check in, eat and take pictures. It seems to be a famous local attraction hotel. I like it very much, and I will bring my family to stay next time

During this trip to Japan, we stayed at the New Grand Hotel with a deep sense of history for three nights. The hotel was simple, solemn, elegant and warm. Opposite the hotel is Yamashita Park, which has pleasant scenery, and behind it is Chinatown, which is very lively. The room was clean and tidy, the room key was unique, the staff was gentle, and some of them could speak Chinese, and they spoke it very standardly. The hotel has high-end dining and convenient shopping. During my stay, I saw someone holding a wedding in the hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, the room has a full view of Yokohama Port, the overall feeling is noble and elegant, especially the banquet hall has a European color, the waiters are very polite and considerate

I asked to have a late breakfast in my room, but my plans changed and I asked to cancel in the morning. They kindly agreed. The Western-style breakfast venue is on the 5th floor of the Tower Building. With a view of the harbor right in front of me, I ended up having a wonderful morning.

This is a famous hotel that I went to because of its reputation. It was copied from the hotel in "Lunch in a Famous Building". They are all great, but why is there no Japanese breakfast? Only Western style, and it takes a long time to toast bread and ham, which is a waste of time. Moreover, eating the same thing for two consecutive days made my family and I feel very sick and nauseous. I hope to increase the variety of breakfast.

Right in front of me is Yamashita Park. Further ahead is the Osanbashi Pier and the Hammerhead Pier. I've always wanted to see it. This is the first time my work has boarded the Nippon Maru. It's a memorable experience. Next time, I'd like to have a luxurious meal. Everyone at the front desk was really polite and smiling. I thought they were amazing.

I was disappointed that the toilet smelled like urine. Other than that, there were no particular issues. I was looking forward to seeing the Christmas tree on the second floor, which was the reason for my stay, but I couldn't see it because it was reserved for private use. It was also reserved for private use the next day, so I wish they would at least let me see the tree.

A classic hotel with a century-old history. The service attitude is very good. But why is the shower water sometimes hot and sometimes cold? I don't know if the quilt cover is changed for each guest. Why is there a sheet inside? It's uncomfortable.

The room I booked was non-smoking, but there was a smell of cigarettes when I entered the room. I changed to a room with a worse view and it was no longer smoky. I hope that smoking rooms can be effectively controlled.
