Reviews of Hotel Route-Inn Yokohama Bashamichi

Temperature in the room is terrible. There’s big note saying that temperature is central controlled and front desk will adjust for us. Unfortunately we were told it’s auto set for 24 degree in the end of Spring. They only can offer a table fan to cool us down. My hubby was sweating all night long. He was wet through the bed sheet. Very dissatisfied. No more coming back to Route-Inn. Can you imagine if it’s in summer, we will be toasted!!  Breakfast is good for variety. Like the time slot policy for breakfast and pick your own time.

Check in service was great. Room is tired and small. Could only open one pc of luggage on the floor. Pillows we're flat. Had to request for additional. Location was great for the price. Within 10 mins walk to the waterfront and redbrick warehouse.

This place very clean and comfortable location.

The location is very good, near the train station and attractions. Also, there are few convenience store near by. Moreover, I requested to extend the check out time and the staff is so sweet that put the do not disturb board on my door. However, the room smells a bit. Overall, my experience is good.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's only ten minutes' walk from the cable car station. The subway is also very close. There is a convenience store within a five-minute walk Reasonable price, affordable and clean The room is not big but the price is acceptable

Regarding the large public bath, do they treat women with disrespect? I thought the layout and size were not right. Also, I would like a water server to be installed in the large public bath. The furniture in the room looks dangerous, so I would like it repaired as soon as possible.

The facilities are a little old, but there is a large public bath and a good breakfast, so Route Inn is still a reliable choice.

It was close to the station and had good access. The road in front of the hotel leads to Hammerhead if you go straight, so you could enjoy it even within walking distance. The room was clean, but it seemed to have a slight smell, perhaps because it rained on the day I stayed there and the air was a little humid. I could only see the building next door from the window, so I can't comment on the location, but I think it is a good hotel.

It was nice that it was close to the station and had a large public bath. It was also helpful to be able to see how busy the baths were on TV.

The hotel is old but clean, and the location is very convenient. It is just opposite the museum and only a few minutes away from Exit 5 of the station. There is also a horse-drawn carriage at the door.

I had the image of Route Inn being dirty and smelling of cigarettes, but this image has been completely changed. The room was reasonably clean and spacious, and comfortable. It was also nice that the TV had an HDMI port. The breakfast was also good. Sorry, I forgot to take a photo.
