There is no soup room. Breakfast only has a few sandwiches, a small bowl of salad and a drink. It is not the Japanese buffet breakfast of other Yamato hotels. If you ask for a cup of hot water in the restaurant, you will be charged. Why can't we put two single beds side by side instead of forcing two people to sleep in one big bed?

It was close to Shin-Yokohama Station and the automatic check-in/check-out was convenient.

It's not very close to Shin-Yokohama Station, but it's close. The room was clean.
I got the impression that the customer service from the front desk staff (Asian) was too businesslike and unfriendly.
