The onsen is small for a big hotel.

The environment is good, but the hot spring is average, the hotel service is also poor, no staff to help with luggage, and the hotel said that because no room with dinner was booked, it can only be given to the lower floor room. The high-floor sea view room is given priority to guests with dinner.

During the three-day and two-night trip to Tottori, I stayed at Yonago Kaike Onsen for one night and experienced a one-night stay with two meals and a private hot spring. It happened to be a weekend, and during dinner, I heard people around me speaking Japanese, and it seemed that only the waiter at our table spoke English. It also happened to be the first time I saw so many people in a 711 when a new 711 opened nearby and was having a promotion. I went out for a walk at night and basically saw no one outside the hotel, which was quite suitable for a vacation and relaxation.

Location close to the sea, not too convenient and driving is definitely possible, there is free parking,  hotel lobby renovated new room large private bath overlooking the sea view is excellent, but only hot water no cold water ,  take time to wait for it  suitable temperature  poor d

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, there is a terrace and a bathtub. The hotel rooms, restaurants, and bathhouses all face the sea view, which is great. Parking is also convenient. There are small refreshments (delicious) and drinks in the lobby, and there is a large bathhouse. You don’t need to bring a lot of skin care products with you. The only drawback is that the bathhouses and types are a bit small. Yonago Airport is also very close. If I have the opportunity to go to Yonago again, I will stay here again!

It takes a long time to take the bus from Yonago Station. The hotel is by the sea. The front desk service is very good. The breakfast and dinner are very good. The hot spring is on the top floor and you can see the sea. It is very beautiful.

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. I had a very pleasant time from reception to dinner, breakfast, and even leaving!! I would definitely like to go again!!

I have been to Japan more than a dozen times, and currently think this is the most perfect Japanese hot spring hotel. The staff is very friendly and there are staff who speak Chinese and English. The rooms are very new and beautiful, and the large bath is the best so far! Highly recommended!

The environment is very comfortable and the staff is considerate. The hotel staff will send you to the tourist center station, which is very convenient.
