Great staff, cozy rooms, comfy beds and clean bathrooms, great showers. Definitely recommend!

The front desk staff seemed somewhat impatient when handling guests’ inquiries. This was particularly disappointing, especially for travelers who are unfamiliar with the area and may rely on the hotel for assistance.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful that can make tourists feel relaxed and satisfied. The hotel is quite near the station and it is very convenient for tourists.

Excellent location. Never fails to deliver! Fuss free hotel but contains all you need for a good trip!

Nice location

Facility was a bit old, and seems not very clean. Yet, it wa ls cheap, and the location was really convient. The free breafast was also tasty. If you will only stay 1 or 2 night, i guess it was a good choice. If you want more comfortable choice, then may need to choose larger room

The room was clean, but the amenities were limited and the buffet selection was quite limited, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. I had a lot of luggage, so I rented a trolley, but I had to return it every time, which was inconvenient.

It was nice that it was close to the station, and the staff were friendly so I was able to book comfortably. The room was clean and I was satisfied with everything, so I will visit again next time.

I was a little disappointed to see something stuck on the toilet seat... But there are lots of restaurants in the area, and I felt like it was a really fun town! The crab and yellowtail I had at the izakaya were also delicious 🤤

The location is close to the train station, the service is good and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Although there are not many simple varieties, it is good for business or budget. At least there is hot food. The bedside lacks plugs and there are not many plugs, and the sound insulation is numb.
