The room was spotless and well-equipped, giving us a cozy, home-away-from-home feeling! The staff were warm and attentive, and the location was quite convenient. Traveling with our child, we were comfortable staying here, enjoyed our meals, and had a fantastic time. The snow scenery was breathtaking, truly like a dream! It left us with unforgettable memories!

Facilities: Very complete, even equipped with a Xiaomi humidifier which was great, no more dryness. Hygiene: Very satisfied with the cleanliness. Disposable toiletries were provided in abundance, and the room was very tidy. It felt quite cozy. The temperature was also good. Environment: The environment was decent, it's an apartment hotel. There are dining options downstairs, and a shuttle bus, which is very convenient. Service: I have to praise the service. The landlady was very patient, provided detailed information, and guided us along the way, which was very thoughtful. She waited for us even though we arrived very late and responded to messages quickly. It felt very secure.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the ski slopes and easy to find. There are supermarkets, massage parlors, and restaurants nearby. You can park your car right outside or in the basement. It's a very short walk to the ski area. The environment is tidy, with clean hallways and stairwells. The hygiene is great; the room was cleaned thoroughly, and amenities were plentiful, including a full set of disposable items. The service is exceptional; the owner is very warm and accommodating, always ready to help. They provide a place to change and store luggage, even assisting with parcel collection and vehicle reservations. Facilities are comprehensive; the underfloor heating in the room is very effective, and a humidifier is provided, so it never feels dry.

I booked this hotel online, but the hotel's navigation led me nowhere. Later, I was sent another location via WeChat, which was 1.8 kilometers away from the actual hotel. There was no front desk at this location, and we were never properly checked in. The environment was terrible, and the room size didn't match the description. Upon checking, I found out the entire building is managed by resellers – a total bait-and-switch. Before I even arrived, I wanted to extend my stay by one day and booked it online. The host agreed and charged me, but when I got there, they said I couldn't extend and had to move. After some negotiation, I canceled the online extension and paid 480 RMB via WeChat to extend, being told it was the 'Shanhu Ju'. I confirmed multiple times on WeChat, but it turned out to be the 'Xuehu Ju'. What a hassle! A very unpleasant experience, completely ripping off customers!

The room layout and size were perfect for our friends' trip, and it was very clean. The view from the window was also expansive.
