Beidahu Xuehuju Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at Xuehuju! I wholeheartedly recommend it. The environment is comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The service staff were incredibly helpful, especially Yang Huilin, Yu Jiaxin, and Bao Xinglin. These three young men were very professional, always greeted me with a smile, and consistently provided me with trail maps and helped me with any issues I had. Thumbs up!

The front desk service was incredibly attentive and warm, always ready to answer any questions. A big shout-out and high praise to Bao Xinglin, Song Jiaxin, and Yang Huilin! I highly recommend staying at Xuehuju when you come to Beidahu for skiing. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the "Hua Package" deal was excellent value for money.

The service at Xuehuju Hotel is exceptionally warm! The rooms are also great and very cozy. A big thank you to front desk staff Xiao Han and Song Peixuan, and to concierge Wei Shaohan for their excellent service.

Xiao Han Aiyibuli's service was outstanding. The hotel room was very spacious, comfortable, and brand new. It's only about a 10-meter walk to the ski slopes, much newer than what you'd find in North America.

The Xuehuju Hotel was a great stay. The hotel was clean and hygienic. Front desk staff Xiao Han, Lu Junying, and Wan Yunxi assisted us with check-in and check-out very quickly. Wang Hao, a friendly young man, helped us with our luggage and was very helpful in introducing the ski resort. Welcome skiers to Beidahu Ski Resort!

On our first day, Lei Hongwei and Man Fengqing helped us find snowboard bags and very kindly delivered them to our room. The next morning, they even provided us with comfortable pillows. We were very grateful to them. However, I must mention the breakfast staff at Snow Lake Residence. The auntie cooking the noodles said she would ring the bell and let people go first, then later said it was first-come, first-served, and couldn't remember who was first. If you're going to let customers leave so confidently, then don't expect good order and rude service during peak breakfast hours.
