Club Med Beidahu

Our experience at Club Med Beidahu was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Merry, who provided exceptional and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She not only proactively helped me retrieve my lost phone but also kindly assisted with my luggage – truly attentive and responsible. Every day, she made sure to send timely updates on various activities, ensuring I didn't miss out on any exciting events. Her service was warm, enthusiastic, and patient. The resort facilities are comprehensive, with professional ski slopes, diverse dining options, and a comfortable hot spring. The evening activities were also great. The all-inclusive package made everything worry-free and enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect experience, highly recommended!

This is our third year coming to Club Med Beidahu. I came with friends and our kids to ski, and it truly is a hassle-free and convenient place. The G.O.s (Gentle Organizers) are as enthusiastic and helpful as ever, making you feel right at home. We met many old friends and made new ones, like Becky, who was especially thoughtful in helping me book a hot pot and arranging a late check-out. My child has also slowly come to love this place and has taken to skiing. We'll definitely be back next year!

My short trip to Beidahu was incredibly touching! Coincidentally, I reconnected with Raina, a GO who had served us at another resort. During my stay, she helped coordinate various matters, and Frankie was also very thoughtful in assisting with room adjustments. Although my time was limited this visit and I couldn't fully experience all the activities, the enthusiasm and professionalism of every staff member made the entire journey wonderfully warm. The service was consistently excellent, with attention to detail everywhere – that's why Club Med always leaves you feeling both reassured and pleasantly surprised. Beidahu boasts a wide variety of ski slopes, making it an excellent choice for a winter getaway!

Fantastic ski holiday experience! The ski rental shop is within walking distance, and you're right on the slopes as soon as you step out. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially Frankie. The kids absolutely loved the evening activities and had a blast. Choosing Club Med for a family vacation is always a great decision!

The cleanliness was exceptional; even the stainless steel faucets in the bathroom were sparkling. This truly exceeded my expectations. Hand sanitizers were readily available everywhere, showing the resort's dedication to hygiene and preventing infectious diseases. Parents with children can feel completely at ease. The powder snow at Beidahu Ski Resort lived up to its reputation. It's definitely worth a visit. The food was quite good; even my picky family members were satisfied. The lobby and public areas were a bit cold, but the room itself was reasonably warm. The complimentary Jile Tang (hot springs) was fantastic; the service, facilities, and amenities were all excellent. The Japanese-style hot springs were very clean, and the massage pools were great. Overall, compared to Club Med Tomamu which I visited previously, the experience here was about 95% as good, but at only 50% of the price. Excellent value for money. Finally, a big shout-out to the warm and attentive Raina.
