Shanhuju Hotel

The room was very comfortable, clean, tidy, and warm. The shuttle bus to the ski resort was also very convenient, and there's a self-service convenience store downstairs. The ski and stay package offers great value for money. The hotel is just a few steps away from direct access to the cable car, so you don't need to go to the ski gear hall. I stay here every time I come to Beidahu, highly recommend it.

The room was very spacious, and the king-size bed was comfortable enough for us and our child. It had all the necessary amenities, including hot water for showers and excellent floor heating. While the facilities aren't as luxurious as a five-star hotel, the price is unbeatable! Our stay included ski passes and tickets to Jile Tang hot springs. For reference, a single ski pass alone (for non-Dongbei residents) costs over 700 RMB, so getting two included with the room was incredibly generous! After skiing, a hot spring soak was pure bliss. On top of that, the service was exceptional. Miss Wang Baiyan at the front desk and Mr. Yan Yu from concierge were incredibly welcoming. Little Yan even proactively added me on WeChat, and he was always online to answer any questions we had. Since the hotel room key provides direct access to the ski slopes, ski rentals, and the hot springs, it was great to have someone readily available to clarify things. For this incredible value alone, we'd definitely come back next year.

The hotel facilities are excellent. I had a minor issue during check-in, but Miss Chen Kexin at the front desk was incredibly patient and helped me resolve it. The hotel offers two breakfast options and a free shuttle bus to the ski resort. Overall, my stay was fantastic.

Front desk staff Song Xinyu and Wang Xiaoxue provided thoughtful and detailed service! They were always ready to help with anything we needed.
