1⃣️【臟】兩個枕頭上都有黃褐色的污漬，十分噁心。
2⃣️【空調壞的】制熱30度開了一晚上房間温度還是沒變，導致住客感冒！
3⃣️【前台懈怠】攜程上我使用了延遲退房2小時至16:00的權益，而且入住當晚我已和前台明確交代16:00之前會及時退房。次日14:00點多的時候外賣騎手問前台，前台説我已經退房了。本人當時還未退房，前台未盡責。你們系統上住客退沒退房都不會看的？有沒有經過嚴格的系統培訓啊？
4⃣️【保潔着急下班】15:00之前就敲門逼問什麼時候退房。什麼時候退房是前台該問的，然後通知保潔打掃房間，而不是保潔該問的問題，保潔越界了！
5⃣️【無線網】房間未提供Wi-Fi
6⃣️【酒店設計待改善】全是8開頭的房間突然冒出來個9開頭的，讓人迷惑，不方便外賣騎手找房間；房間內床邊插座底下沒有桌子，充電中的手機容易掉到地上。

很好，尤其是每個房間配充電線，免費的，很好！靠小區也很安靜。床也舒服，洗髮水 沐浴露也是大牌的，總之把客户體驗放在首位的酒店，是個好酒店！

酒店環境不錯，就是電視網絡用不了，住到酒店才發現，店家也弄不好，讓連接其他房間的WiFi，電視看不了，讓她跟我們換一個房間，讓我們加錢，我説那電視看不了，讓給少錢也不行
