酒店有兩個問題：一是在攜程網上下單3個房間之後遲遲不給確認其中的兩個標間，後來瞭解到是因為攜程網上價格酒店覺得低了不接要漲價，即使有空房也不予確認訂單。後來在攜程網客服協調下補貼我們辦理了入住。二是在前台辦理退房手續的時候，查房的服務員説我們動用了酒店收費的計生用品，前台要收15元，還説服務員拍照給我們看拆了包裝的盒子。考慮到我們家要繼續出發趕往另外的地方，就直接微信付了15元。在路上又看了一下照片，上面標着的價格是10元！而且這個盒子到底是誰拆開的，是不是之前放在房間的都兩説。在辦理退房手續的時候，前後三家人都被酒店以這種理由收取了房費之外的費用。我就想説這家酒店的吃像相也是太難看了吧。

房間很大，裏面設施也很不錯，還提供免費早餐，前台美女服務熱情，從前台出來到外面給我們找車位，看我們有孩子，還多給了早餐票，下次還來！
