前台服務好，客房空間較大，乾淨衞生，窗外就是芝山路，有些吵，不過酒店做了兩層玻璃，全部關上比較安靜，整體不錯，價格也很美麗，每次出差都住這裏。

前台服務態度特別差。原來定了一間，109的標準雙人間，她叫我現場付一樣的，讓我取消平台，直接現場付110。我想着就多一塊錢，他們做生意不容易，省平台費，讓她多賺點算了。
後來晚間我有朋友也要入住，她表示衹有豪華雙人間了，讓我付120。我一看網站上，116！吵吵了半天，她就是表示120一分不能少。我就在網上定了，結果，和我原先那間一模一樣，氣得我下樓問到底豪華在哪裡？她説，多了兩個床頭燈，我踏馬。我想説，老闆，你有這樣的女員工，是你的福氣！

5.1號入住，半夜空調壞了，整個屋子沒電，被熱醒，空調冒火花，暫時用了風扇，説明天換
5.2號換房間，發現房間沒有一次性拖鞋，打電話給前台問她要，5.1入住的地方都有拖鞋的，前台態度囂張，不願意給我，讓我用膠拖鞋，説酒店不提供？那5.1那個房間算什麼，後面我們強硬要，他説衹有一雙，我説要，結果就是等了一個小時都沒有送，她説自己送了，説不要，呵呵，我打電話説了要是不要的嗎，當時讓我重複了兩遍房間號還送錯地方，別人説不要你不應該意識到自己搞錯地方了嗎，讓需要的顧客一直等，就是自己坐着，對我好凶，諷刺我説 是我來服務您，還問我想怎麼滴， 搞得和我花錢來買氣的一樣，自己送錯了不應該找一下嗎，就讓人乾等，什麼玩意。
