Dishwasher had dirty dishes we had no essentials in the room. we had to sign out an iron and only 3 pillows on the bed no extra bedding comforter or anything

The hotel halls STUNK every time we came in and out of our room. Luckily it didn't come in the room... but it was terrible. The bed frames were an absolute joke. It rocked and wiggled and slid even when my 2 and 5 year olds would roll over in their sleep. By the end of the 2 days the beds were no where near where they had started when we checked in. There were only 2 sets of towels in our room for 4 people. The grout needs to be redone in the bathroom. Just not what I expected for a hotel with a good rating.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. . They normally have only one person working so you may have to wait at the front desk when things are needed

The rooms were spacious (including a big bathroom) and it was marginally clean but there were fur balls in spots so, being Type A, it wasn’t comfortably clean for me but doable for a short stay. My two biggest issues was with the noise (pacing above us all night) and the very uncomfortable beds—it made for a terrible nights sleep. The rooms have zero amenities, no Kleenex, no coffee maker and the coffee offered downstairs was so weak (terrible) it didn’t knock it for me. I guess for the price, $113 a night, that’s what you get. I hate to complain because front desk people very nice!!!

The room was very clean. However, no tissues, no hand towels, not shampoo as in other places. Also, the AC did not work properly. The staff was friendly.

The room was labeled “non-smoking,” but it smelled like an ashtray. The top sheet had a bloodstain, so we went out and bought a comforter. There was hair in the bathtub, so I sprayed it down with bleach cleaner. The noise from the type of crowd they attract is inconsiderate to the people staying there. Loud music blared from the parking lot, and there was a loud argument in the room below us. If you stay there, bring your own pillows and an extra blanket. You’ll thank me.

Rooms were clean, property was secured, staff was very friendly. property was nice and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will be back.

So the floor in the room could have been cleaner. The bathroom was very clean. The carpets on the 3rd floor are very stained. A woman with a dog let her dog pee on the door to the elevator on the ground floor and did absolutely nothing. She just kept on walking which makes me think some of the cleanliness problems are due to the clientele that is staying there and not the lack of staff trying to do their best. Regarding the staff: ALL of them were professional, friendly and nice. Will the desk manager went above and beyond. The two other ladies (sorry I don’t know their names) were just the nicest. I will say this is a good location to stay at if you plan on seeing the Jamestown, Yorktown and Williamsburg 250th US Anniversary events and museums. Very centrally located.

Place and room were clean. Room had odd smell, bathroom faucet had no pressure, unable to use and bed was not the most comfotable. On bottom floor, so noise from next room up was very noticeable. For price, you get what you pay for. Convenient to a Walmart and Walgreens. In a pinch, it was satisfactory for a place to stay.
