We had a good experience while we were there. However we have not yet received the email copy of our final bill

Our breakfast server Corey was excellent very friendly had a lot of patience with the amount of people that go through the dining area especially my grandson and granddaughter. Staff was very helpful and accommodating would definitely stay there again if in the area. All in all a great experience.

This hotel chain is my go to, wherever I go. I love it, the kids love it and let me tell you about the excellent type of customer service.You can expect; They serve breakfast and I love their sausage gravy and biscuit.But the chain I came to this time only serves it on Tuesday, the staff member overheard me saying something about it.And made some specifically for us.😍. Wonderful. This stay was with Hilton Express Lightfoot in Va. The entire staff deserves a specific shout out.

What a wonderful experience. We came in for a family wedding. The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel is in a convenient location.

The staff and maintenance workers were very nice and polite and easy to talk to. Breakfast was great. The 2 things that I didn’t like was. The beds were hard to sleep on. The other I noticed was the door to my room. When I would go to leave the room I would make sure to not let the door slam. When I did this I noticed the door wouldn’t secure and the door could easily be pushed opened. I would have to push on the door and pull the door shut to make sure the door would be secured before leaving. I’m Not sure if I would have just let the door slam that this would fix the issue I had, but I was trying to be respectful by not letting the door slam making a loud noise when the door would shut on its own. Other than that it was very peaceful and quiet stay.

The staff was amazing welcoming and kind. The breakfast was hot and delicious a good spread! Would love a GF cereal option as well but everyone was great. The only issue was the gym was in need of some maintenance- one machine broken and another not working- but when we mentioned it to the staff they made notes and they were very apologetic and gave us complimentary water and snacks! Thank you for a great stay!

This property needs a complete refresh, it's seen it's better days. The rooms haven't been updated probably forever. The in room furniture is completely worn out, from the little sofa thing to the TV, it sucks. Forget the free breakfast, it's a disaster. Also, make sure you keep your vehicle locked at all times if you stay here. I had an item stolen from my vehicle.

Outstanding customer service, efficient team for check-in and very helpful when we had questions. We appreciated the laundry and how easy it was to pay for online. The room and bathroom was very well attended. One suggestion , bathtubs need a mat of some kind. Ours was a bit slippery for 2 old (70+) people. Overall, we would highly recommend the hotel and compliment the staff.

Our room was spotless but the tub looked very dirty on the bottom that looked like an unremovable film. The place was not full which made breakfast quiet and comfortable and I think the breakfast was better than other ones we have eaten at hotels like this. Coffee was delicious, each cup fresh made. Choices were the usual except for a very nice cheese omelet and crispy bacon that were a surprise. The staff was very good and there was a circulating person at breakfast that kept everything looking good and clean. In fact the only problem was the tub and I believe that was from the multitudes and age of the room. Parking was a snap of course.
