Holiday Inn Express WILLIAMSBURG NORTH by IHG

The rooms are spacious and clean. Vibe is quiet and calm. Breakfast was average. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean, pool was nice, breakfast was delicious. We love staying at a Holiday Inn.

Breakfast was busy and staff had a difficult time keeping up. Not a deal breaker. The pool area was nice but there were never any pool towels available. At one point I asked the front desk for towels for the pool and got hand towels. Overall our stay was not terrible and for the price hard to beat but next time I might spend a little more for better amenities.

The rooms were very clean and accommodating and we appreciated the very good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. The staff was also very friendly and focused on providing a positive experience for everyone.

I was a little annoyed that my room was not ready at check in time of 3pm and I had to wait 35 minutes before it was ready.

The air vent in the bathroom constantly blew cigarette smoke into the room. Hours after checking out I received multiple calls about items left in the room that were not mine.

They overbooked everyone and then had no way of finding us a room at another establishment. Staff was completely useless and wasted my time and money.

Staff was great, room well appointed and spacious, breakfast was excellent but handicapped room was WAY far away and had a bathtub. Made for a very long and uncomfortable walk, lots of rest breaks. And shower bars weren't at any helpful height.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. Clean rooms, very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Hot and always filled. We are frequent travelers to Williamsburg and would not stay anywhere else!
