Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg

this is a great hotel to stay.

When checking into our room, there was hair in the bathroom sink and in the bathtub! A member of housekeeping came and cleaned both out! There was a guest in another room that had a dog that barked consistently! I actually checked out a day earlier as I could not take it anymore!

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some sprucing up. The water park is nice but should be renovated to keep it modern and appealing to the eye. Overall the kids enjoyed the stay.

Overall very disappointing experience. I stayed in 4021 building 2. The chair cushions were disgusting, the fireplace looked like it had never been wiped down and had stains. The pullout bed had a stain on the sheet, and the blanket that you use for the pullout sofa had hair on it. The microwave was broken and we had to request a new one. We were falsely accused of being the reason of a noise complaint and when it was determined that it wasn't our room, no apology was given. We were also given 5 towels and 4 wash cloths for a party of 6.

Everything was great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Lifeguards seem to really be on the lookout as well! The only thing in our room i was unhappy with, was the top blanket had dirt scuffs on it, like someone had slid a shoe on the edge of the bed, or something dirty brushed against it. We just requested more blankets and they brought them right to us.

The pools were great and the little kids had a ball. We rented a cabana which was great to relax and have some lunch before going back in. We have been to Great Wolf Lodge several times and have a blast every time. Thank you all

Fun for the whole family We had a great time - except for the long walk to our room.

The place was overall nice and clean despite all the family crowds. The newly renovated attractions on the basement floor looked cool. However, the adults-only hot tub (North Hot Springs) could be a couple degrees hotter (maybe 103 or 104) for my liking.
