The hotel environment is relatively beautiful, but the facilities in the room are really disappointing😞The hotel service is also disappointing! Nothing worth staying in!

Poorly designed room: no place to hang towels or clothes in bathroom. Lights on timers that turned bathroom pitch dark. No notice about timers. No closet, no counter space in bedroom. No elevator and not told there would not be one. View out of windows was either other rooms or parking lot. No proper restaurant or breakfast. Barely rate it 3 stars, but the cost was almost $900 per night. Rip off!!

We are definitely returning back for our next business retreat. The place had everything we needed and more. Great location if you want access to the all the wineries in St. Helena or castiloga

The hotel itself was very nice but the service was subpar and staff always made us feel like we were burdening them by even speaking. Overall would likely take my money to another hotel next time we visit which is unfortunate because the hotel itself is very charming

We loved our stay at The Estate Yountville. The property was calm and peaceful, extremely accommodating, the food and drinks delicious, all at a location that can’t be beat.

I’ve been to this property before and it was nice. But that was when the prices were reasonable. Now with over 1k per night I would expect a better service and better food.
Upon arrival they couldn’t find my reservation and because it was under my maiden name and I didn’t have id on my maiden name the reception manager didn’t want to let me in.
The room was ok, very dark, few dim lights. The fireplace and safe were not working.
At breakfast area there was a shortage of staff and there were plenty of dirty tables with no place to sit, the only person for 100 guests was a barmen.
The food was below average, not fries and Safeway quality.
Last but not least - the fountain near our room was dirty without water.
On the plus side - I only liked the walkability and pool area.
