It was a nice room. The window curtains was broken and can’t open to get sunlight. Otherwise the room was good

I arrived around 1 pm and asked if our room was ready. The lady that was helping me said that it was not but would call me as soon as it was ready. So we left and went on with what we were in town to do and was waiting to hear from someone for Holiday Inn. Since we did not hear anything we waited until 6 in the evening and went to check in and the lady said that she just sat down and was going to call me. So other than that I was very pleased with the Holiday Inn. Thanks

When I was looking for a hotel i read the post for other people and what they said about the beds is what made my decision and it was right on the bed are great.

Had a great stay. The hotel was clean and nice. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options. The indoor pool was surprisingly perfect temperature! We loved it and plan on going back soon.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and I was back for a military retirement ceremony in the area. I needed to check in early to get ready after a long flight and a 2pm ceremony start time. I called to ask about an early check-in. Amy was courteous and empathetic when telling me she had no rooms available for early check-in but assured me she would give me a call if something opened up. About 30 minutes later she called back to let me know that something opened up and I could do an early check-in. Upon arrival she greeted us at the front desk with a smile and let us know she was currently in training. She did a great job and seemed to be very attentively trying to do her best, and demonstrated excellent customer service. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help make my day easier. Thank you Amy. The hotel was also very clean, organized and guest room services staff were also helpful and efficient. I would recommend anyone stay here if they are in the area.

The property and all staff members from Front Desk, Housekeeping and morning breakfast staff provided excellent service. Lindsay went above and beyond. Air conditioning worked great and rooms were clean. Would definitely recommend.

Very well maintained property. Breakfast was better than most places we have been at this hotel level. The staff was amazing! Hotel is centrally located to everything. Will stay here again.
