Best Western Yuba City Inn

This motel was the best experience I have ever had! And I have been to alot due to my son playing competitive sports.

We've stayed here several times with no complaints. This time, however the outside of the hotel looked kind of run down. The worst part though was inside. Our room seemed nice and clean until my husband took off his shoes and walked around in stocking feet. GROSS! and the carpet even seemed damp. It was disgusting! Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.

Our room was very clean especially the bathroom. The staff when I checked in and out were very friendly and helful.

I messed up on the reservation and Lance was so amazing and accommodating. The parking was right outside our door. The breakfast was delicious and they restocked right away when something ran out. We like having coffee in the room as well. my only issue was the restroom fan was not quiet. We like lots of pillows and there were 4 on each bed!!!

Our room was quiet and well located. But the sink was clogged up, the hair rinse bottle wouldn't open, and the floors were very dirty. Otherwise, we had a good meal and comfortable beds.

Everything was great! The staff were great, the breakfast was very good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't love was the air conditioning. There was a unit by the window and a thermostat by the bed and I had to turn both off because I wasn't sure what each did.

Front Desk: Rosa was great!, you need more like her. Overall the facility was good as expected for the money and clean.

The shower pressure was wonderful. There were a few guests making loud conversation when leaving in very early morning and of course the roosters made themselves known. All and all...our stay was very good. Our group sat out in pool area evenings to visit and everyone was pleasant.
