I was not used to the hotel's pillows being too high, and I couldn't sleep well at night. I had no choice but to use bath towels as pillows for several weeks. When I lived in the room on the 12th floor this time, the cleaning aunt found this situation when she was doing room hygiene, and she took the initiative to install a new buckwheat pillow for me. Advantages: The room is quite satisfactory, the area is not small, there are many planes, plugs, USB ports available, the hotel is new, the facilities are good, the air conditioning is strong, and the room is very comfortable. Insufficient: I don’t know if it’s because it’s during the Spring Festival, there are few service staff, and the cleaning is not timely. Sometimes I go back to the room at 4 pm and I haven’t cleaned it. I wash at night and pull the counter drawers of open toiletries. I don’t have anything. I have to call the front desk to ask for it. The last day of the high-speed rail time was early. We went to dinner at 6:35 after the notice of the opening time (6:30). There were two soups there, and the others were not on. Until 6:50, they were still placed one after another. The waiter heard that we were going to catch the high-speed rail. We were very enthusiastic to help us serve 4 cups of soy milk from the kitchen. During the Spring Festival, there is a large flow of people and many people staying in the store. I hope to arrange more staff. I hope that the service level can be worthy of a five-star hotel.
