This time is super impressed by the staff service spirit and all the facilities. Including the free car wash! Also, the clean condition of the room is on the top level. Thanks so much!
这次酒店入住体验超级好。 从免费洗车，离店小礼品，房间干净程度，都让我们感觉很舒服！而且前台文慧小姐姐和张小姐都让我们宾至如归！！！感觉这个酒店的内部和管理都是顶级的。

酒店位置很好，周邊吃飯購物都很方便，酒店有自己的停車場，也有充電樁，但是是慢充，而且衹有4個充電頭，管理也需要加強，經常有油車佔位，酒店房間裝修雖然偏舊，但是房間較大大，佈置和衞生都不錯，而且礦泉水在電梯口可以自己補充，房間還送方便麪，客飯服務也很及時，小朋友要做作業還提供了枱燈，整體感覺很不錯。

前台小姐姐服務很好，熱情周到，還貼心的贈送了早餐，停車也很方便，缺點一：酒店設施有些陳舊；缺點二：房間小，活動空間狹窄；缺點三：距離岳陽樓2.4公里，步行到達有些遠，和預期有些差距
