Our long-awaited Yufuin trip! The environment is beautiful, and the room has a private hot spring. We booked a one-night stay with two meals. The hotel service was excellent, and the dinner was exquisite and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the beautiful peonies in the courtyard. It even had a massage chair and a Refa hairdryer, which certainly explains the higher price compared to other room types. However, the duvet wasn't very comfortable, and while dinner looked appealing, it didn't taste great. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really good.

Quiet onsen accommodation with excellent service. Easy to reach with free shuttle bus service. Staff spoke enough English for communication. It's a boutique onsen experience with huge room and attached private onsen (spring water). Highly recommended.

The food is not up to a high class hot spring resort standard. My daughter has shrimp, crab and lobster allergies, the hotel gave us Wagyu beef which is good but for me, the one that can eat everything, I was extremely disappointed that not even a kind of seafood for me, forcing me to ate Wagyu beef and I am almost 70 years old, how can I eat 3 days fat beef. The breakfast is terrible as well, not even having some fish, both of us cannot have enough food to fill up our stomach.

The staff is super friendly and always greet us with smiles. Helpin us with check-in and photo taking. The room is spacious and cozy. One thing can improve is about the emergency exit sign. It is too bright. In brief, we will come again.
