The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Yunotsubo Street, which is quite convenient. The room was clean and hygienic, and the private open-air bath could be half-open or fully enclosed. The only downside was that the sink area felt a bit old, and the faucet kept dripping. Dinner was very generous. I don't eat beef, but I hadn't notified them in advance. They were very understanding and accommodating when I asked for chicken instead.

The breakfast and dinner were great, and the yakiniku dinner was a generous portion. We booked two rooms for five people, and the hotel said it was the price of a six-person room, so they included six servings. You might want to keep that in mind when booking.

Amazing place - very clean and lovely rooms. We booked two rooms and one of them had a bit of a musty smell - but otherwise no complaints. The public bath was beautiful and clean. Food was amazing - we did the option that provided breakfast and dinner

This hotel is excellent! The location is perfect, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. The staff are incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

There are 50 rooms, most are tatami. Dinner is Keishi Cuisine; beautiful presented and delicious. Their staff are very polite, dedicated and try their very best to make your stay excellent. The volcano nearby and the beautiful coast are great tourist attractions.

A truly wonderful onsen ryokan. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a private semi-outdoor onsen. Both the grilled beef dinner and the Japanese buffet breakfast were absolutely delicious. The surroundings were very peaceful and serene. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location, being nestled in the mountains, was a bit remote, but it was perfectly fine since we had a rental car. In fact, its secluded mountain setting made it wonderfully quiet and pleasant.
