This was my first stay here. When I checked in this afternoon, the front desk proactively upgraded our room to a spacious, airy room with a balcony on the second floor. The hotel is made up of several villa-style buildings. While the hotel grounds aren't huge, stepping out of the main gate brings you to a small river with a very tranquil, tree-lined running path. I went for a jog in the morning and met several groups of fellow runners. The air was fresh and pleasant, making it a truly comfortable experience. Breakfast was a mix of Western and Chinese, and they even had local specialties. All the staff members were smiling. After a nice, relaxing run, sitting quietly in the restaurant with a cup of coffee was wonderful. Definitely worth another visit.

For two consecutive days, the noise from the floor above started at 5:30 AM, right after dawn. I couldn't stand it anymore. I called several times, every 40 to 50 minutes, but the problem wasn't resolved. They kept saying they'd sent someone to check, but they never did. Then there was the loud music in the hallway, supposedly for a sound check. Does a sound check need to be that loud? And they kept trying for so long, even calling to no avail. They even knocked on my door during lunch break, asking if I wanted cleaning, even though there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I feel like the service doesn't live up to the Vienna International name, and I won't be going there again.

The hotel has a good environment, close to Wanda Plaza, it is more convenient to live here on business trips, it is convenient to order takeaways, the hotel breakfast is also relatively clean, and I will stay here next time.

Driving around China and passing through Yuhuan, the Hanting here is convenient for parking, eating, showering, fast WiFi, and a large enough room with dry and wet separation. The breakfast is also very good, and the service attitude is also superb. You can take the bottled water at will. The only thing is, well, it's a little bit worse. There is a factory behind that works until eight or nine in the evening, which is a bit noisy. The picture was taken when I was about to check out in the morning, so please ignore it if it's a bit messy.

I booked a hotel specifically for this location because I wanted to take the Island Highway 1. It was very cost-effective. The lobby was like a four-star hotel, the facilities were very good, there was parking, the service was very friendly, and they even helped with express delivery. The room was large, the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was great. The breakfast was also good, with freshly cooked dishes and wontons and steamed buns. It was very good.

I almost always stay here every time I come to Chumen. The facilities are a bit old, but they have everything they need, the staff is very good, and it is close to the factory. The hotel is also on the bustling street of Chumen, and the surrounding area is quite lively.

The hotel is decent. Nearby is a river and nice restaurants with local food. Room is clean and spacious for 2 ppl. Breakfast sufficient for this class of hotel. A bit more attention to amenities next time though. We had to come downstairs and specifically ask for room slippers and toothbrush. And no soap by the sink. Staff said the soap is in a different price package. Sea beaches are 12 km away. Overall decent and clean hotel. Staff attentive and ready to adapt. Very professional. For its price a good deal for a new holiday destination.

The environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the room facilities are voice-controlled. The service attitude is very good. There is a supermarket next to it. Most importantly, there is free parking. It is only about 200 meters away from the highway intersection.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Wanda Plaza, and parking is very convenient. I especially appreciated that I could charge my electric car right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was also great. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money and excellent service.
