My children and I stayed for three days and two nights. The most impressive thing about this hotel is the attentive service, which is beyond the comfort of even a five-star hotel. On our first day, the front desk attendant helped us deliver our luggage to our room and even provided buckwheat pillows for the elderly (there were elderly and children in our group). No matter where we were in the hotel, the staff would greet us gently, which was so comforting. Our children were supposed to pay for breakfast, but we waived it. The hotel lobby had a lovely fragrance, and the reception staff was incredibly warm and charming. They even upgraded our room for free! The in-room amenities were thoughtfully put together. The bedding, made of high-thread-count cotton, felt like a gentle embrace, and the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm. Combined with the blackout curtains, a good night's sleep was guaranteed. The smart devices in the room, like the AC and TV, were super convenient and felt very high-tech. The bathroom featured a three-way dry/wet separation design, a smart toilet with heating and washing functions, and a thoughtful addition of a makeup mirror and hairdryer next to the sink. It was truly a blessing for our stay.
